She is very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. Julianne is transparent with her work and always explains and shows the work she’s doing/will do.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with their attention to detail, they always come back to me very quickly with any concerns. I love their waiting area too, very peaceful and you have a choice of coffees and teas while you wait definitely recommend them !

Negative experience: If you are booking with this dentist, I strongly suggest you avoid Carol Freitas. She is dishonest and will pressure you into unnecessary expensive treatment. Our young daughter was put on a myobrace treatment plan by Carol that was wholly unnecessary. Carol literally suggested it could save her needing a tonsillectomy, which of course was a lie. The doctor was mortified we had been told this by her when she did the surgery. Ultimately she then left the Lumino clinic very suddenly to come here and it turned out no one else in the Lumino network could continue the treatment because it was a scam. Save yourself the trouble and request any other dentist.
