Fantastic experience: I had never been to this dentist before but I walked in got greeted by the receptionist who was so lovely helped me out & then the dentist & her helper were amazing very caring I have never had this type of care from a dentist before I recommend this dentist so gentle thanks ladies

Fantastic experience: I had fantastic experience when getting work done at dentalworks these last couple weeks. Nisha is very knowledgable and clearly knows what she is doing. Justine is also a great hygienist. All of the staff are kind and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Nisha and Leeza for the professionalism, care and skill in their dentistry. Suffice to say I suffer from Trauma from Dental work necessary when I was a child. I was in and out of dentist’s for what feels like years. It was not by choice but pure necessity to see a dentist. From the moment I entered their clinic I was made to feel welcome and valued as a person. The process, timeframes along with coatings was carefully explained and my options were presented to me. I felt I was in control of the decision and not pushed down a particular route which i genuinely appreciated. I have been to their clinic on three separate occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them. Whilst it would be a complete lie to say ‘I can’t wait to see them again’ I know I can trust them with any and all my dental work and would recommend to my friends and family. I feel they are so wonderful I am proactively writing this - if it can elevate the stress of the dentist for even one person it was well worth my time. The prices(s) are reasonable, their service and post procedure follow ups were second to none. My appointments were have all been pain free and easy. You won’t be disappointed with their top quality care and treatment.

Fantastic experience: For the first time, I felt completely relaxed during a dental visit, despite the drilling and fillings; I experienced no pain throughout the procedure, even with the needle. At one point, I nearly dozed off.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Went here for my crown, Dr.Nisha and her team was excellent. Had lots of anxiety about this as this was my first tme to a dentist. They took time to explain the process to me and were very proessional.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for more than 12 years, every experience has been a positive one even with the changes in staff/owners. Warren is an exceptional dentist and made my young daughter feel safe and comfortable when she needed her first small filling. Everyone from the hygienist, to the dental nurse, to Pam at reception - are warm and welcoming. I am only writing a review now after seeing some of these atrocious negative reviews which are just abhorrent.

Negative experience: Didn't enjoy my visit with Dentalworks. Would not recommend - re your reply saying you have no record of me, it was 7 years ago, and i assure you it was the right place. Was terrible service and i remember it still. Maybe respond quicker than 7 years also...

Negative experience: Very rude and disgusting behaviour by the dentist. Retire already if you can’t be bothered!

Fantastic experience: The service provided by everyone at Dentalworks is absolutely the best. Dr Warren is patient and understands that sometimes people are hesitant to visit dentists, but he managed that superbly and made me feel comfortable. The dental hygienist is also fantastic. She cleans and explains any improvements that we require so we can improve our oral hygiene. I highly recommend going to Dentalworks as you will be given the best care and advice by the whole team.

Negative experience: By insisting on a RAT test or asking for a vaccine pass which many are now out dated, it is discriminatory. Out of principle I would not go here. I find it sickening.

Negative experience: It has taken this practice 12 months to follow up and book me in for checkup and to make an appointment with their hygienist. I still can’t make an appointment as they discriminate based on peoples vaccination status!

Negative experience: I was appauled by the very rude behaviour of the Dentist at this practice, not to mention him not following up after I sent an emal letter of complaint. Very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and appauling bedside manner. Would not recommend this practice to anyone. Update to your comment: Contrary to your remarks that I was not a patient of your practice, I did come to see you on two occasions and I can provide you with the receipts from your practice if you would like your memory refreshed. I also contacted the Dental Association governing body to make a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank to all team and specially to Dr Warren. I came to DentalWorks after a very poor root canal treatment in a different clinic. First of all, i appeared in a clinic to book an appointment to check, why i have such a sharp pain in a dead tooth. Dr Warren was on the lunch, but quickly put it on side and arranged the team to see me right now, where it was discovered that 2 root canal tooth was left with 1 netv in it. And that caused such a big pain. Dr Warren has a very tight schedule but i was scheduled for completion of root canal for next day at very early morning. Being quite nervous about any dental treatment once i sat in chair Dr Warren calmed me down very quickly. A big thank you to Dr Warren and his team, you save my tooth, money and relif anxiety

Fantastic experience: Anxious about the Dentist, don't be when you go to Dentalworks, Ive been a patient for a number of years now and have nothing but praise. My latest treatment was the dreaded root canal. Well nothing could be further from the truth, the whole procedure was pain free from go to whoa, I think I even dozed off while in the chair. You get honest advice and no unnecessary work done. The whole crew is very professional and I highly recommend their dental and hygiene services.

All the Dentalworks staff are warm-hearted and efficient. It sounds funny to say I look forward to my annual checkup, but I do.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to this surgery. I went on recommendation last year for a second opinion. I have found them excellent. Very professional service and advice. They give you well explained options and has proven twice he is not in practice just to make money. First visit he informed me i required no treatment at the moment. Today i left with a temporary filling at no charge.

Negative experience: Awful experience, this man was so rude and aggressive. Didn't explain his treatment properly to us at all, messed up the invoicing and then was utterly abusive about the whole thing! Such a shame as it was a lovely dental practice when it was owned by Alistar Yan. We have moved our whole family to another dental practice and would never go back here again.
