Despite the busy schedule that they have, they try hard to cater for every customer with upmost respect and are accountable for when even the slightest slip up is made. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Lam and the team! I complete most of my (adult) orthodontics treatment here and the team was very friendly and professional. I unfortunately had to transfer overseas for the final part of my treatment. I can honestly say Otago Orthodontics was far better than my next place. Otago Orthodontics is the model of what an orthodontics practice should be!
