Fantastic experience: Kia Ora, I would like to acknowledge the amazing experience I had yesterday. Pandeep Kaur assisted by the lovely Kate, was exceptional. Pandeep explained in detail the procedure I required and when painful “events” were to occur. Her considerate , caring and thorough knowledge was so refreshing. Considering it was the end of a long day and some of my procedure went over time she was not rushed or hurried. Pandeep is a credit to G&E dental and made my experience that so much more pleasant. ( not a huge fan of visiting the dentist) however I will be back for more treatment in the near future. Thank you Pandeep for being so awesome. Ngā mihi nui Jacqueline

Negative experience: Didn't enjoy my experience here at all...would rather drive to Hornby or Rangiora

Fantastic experience: Jay was great with my 7 year old today. He explained what he was doing and put her at ease.

Positive experience: I'm going to be honest and say it how it was for me. Reception lady was lovely and friendly and the lady helping the dentist was very caring and great at her job. The Dentist lady was also lovely and informative however she put stitches in that were supposed to be dissolvable in and I ended up having to cut them out. Four months in I still have one stuck in my gum. The technician who made my dentures was uncleanly and done a bad job i would definitely not recommend him. The denture is so thin you can see through it behind teeth and has a foreign colour.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of going to the dentist. When telling the team there, they were really supportive and made sure I was well taken care of through out the tooth extraction. I didn’t even feel the tooth come out which is a first. I will continue to use this dentist in the future. Fairly priced as well.

Positive experience: I found the receptionist pleasant & Dentist with her Assistant to be thorough & friendly . It's 4 out of 5 stars as I wish there were more timeslots.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience, far along in my pregnancy. Broke a tooth and they could assist me within a day, where other local dentists could only assist late next week. Price was also more affordable than other places I've visited in the past. Made proper sure me and my baby was protected during x-ray needed to assess damage. Dentist would not let me leave without a near perfect tooth. To me my tooth looks better fixed than it did before it broke.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an X-ray and a large filling replaced. The Dentist was friendly and explained the whole procedure and cost before starting. It all went very smoothly.

Negative experience: I am terrified of dentists. I told them this when I went in with a broken tooth. They charged me $300 to be sedated and said I'd be relaxed the whole time. After taken the medicine it was clear it wasn't working, I told them and they just said I'd be ok. I was shaking so badly during the procedure and kept saying it wasn't working but they just kept going. I would not recommend this dentist. They have confirmed my fear of dentists.

Fantastic experience: I had 7 teeth extracted and it went better than I expected. Faye did an amazing job, and the only thing that hurt was my wallet. Would definately recommend G&E .

Positive experience: Good dentists overall. Very clean workplace and they always do a high quality job, only downfall as they are a little bit overpriced compared to other places.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend GE Dental in Rolleston. Very comfortable throughout each procedure of teeth extractions and dentures. Very happy with dentures fitting perfectly first fitting.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice, again great service, fabulous Dentist Fay Yan, fast, painless and informed of every part of my procedure. You rock Fay. Receptionist is lovely and the Dental Assistant is awesome too. Price is very competitive too.

Fantastic experience: I changed from an existing Dentist to GE as dissatisfied with previous service. I have attended both the Rolleston clinic (dentist- Alica) and Rangiora (Jay) as having a root a canal completed. Both clinics ran to time which is appreciated when you run your own business (time is money) or if you arrange to take time off work. Both dentists delivered good clear information to me of procedure and remedies in a language that I could digest and make my own decision, they were both attentive to my needs and well being. my wife and two children now will attend GE dental for future dental inspections etc. It is the little things that make GE such a great practice, eg running on time, polite, cheerful, delivering clear information, great back system checking on patients well being. Negative experience: went because I was in pain. they could only find 1 small hole which they made bigger and now I am going to lose that tooth..... what I really had was ear ach....... 2 visits and now I am going to lose a back tooth because of them.... DONT GO HERE

Positive experience: Its not to bad dentist was chatty enough

Negative experience: I went last week because I had a painful wised bottom tooth. He just took a quick look and wanted to extract the upper one. I asked for an antibiotic because I knew that I had an infection and he refused to give me one. I am a physical therapist and I hate when the professionals don't treat the patients as persons instead of a number. He was rude and his English so hard to understand. The secretary was really nice though. I fin ally talked with another dentist who recommended antibiotics and a good cleaning and I have no more pain :)
