Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted today, and I want to say a big thank you to John and his team for the amazing work. was in a lot of pain and feeling quite anxious, but he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, gave extra local anaesthetic to ensure I was comfortable, and kept checking on me throughout. He was incredibly patient and reassuring. Truly appreciate the excellent care and service!

Fantastic experience: Every point of contact for me has been warm, welcoming and reassuring. After two visits (and an extraction), Sakshi the receptionist and Dr Edward the dentist have me feeling like I'm in safe hands and ready to get all the work done that I've been avoiding due to fear. So grateful to have found them purely by chance (driving past) - bless that massive sign. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was going today at Lynfield Dental to get it fix my broken tooth and I was actually surprised what I saw and my here is my morning experience. Wow , a place where people are super friendly ,they very welcomed me in a nice and polite way. I haven’t seen this type of dentistry which was pretty clean and tidy it’s an absolutely professional dentistry.Receptionist well instructed me with appointment and she was super friendly :) Dr John he’s more than a professional he’s actually is a perfectionist , standing by he’s words and he’s too good, with an absolute confidence what he’s doing ,and he has a nice sense of humour I loved being there , that’s what we need especially when we going to the dentist a confident Dr like John .Highly recommended dentistry very affordable that’s for sure , so pick up the phone and get in touch with them, they definitely will look after your teeth for sure . Fantastic experience: Nobody likes going to the dentist for remedial work so, if like me, you need repairs then you want to be sure that you’re going to a good one. I have just finished a few rounds with Lynfield Dental Centre and I am delighted with the results. The quality of the work and the friendliness of the staff made it a less daunting experience. I can go through tattooing without any issues but dental work causes me anxiety so I’m pleased to say this was my best experience of dental work in terms of minimising anxious feelings and the results. I am happy to recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: Hi There, I was told send an email as well after I phoned on Saturday morning. My partner came in on Wednesday morning first thing in an immense amount of pain from having a corn chip hit a nerve in his back tooth where he had a really bad hole. The receptionist didn't even bother trying to ask one of the assistants can even have a look for 5minutes or less to see whether it was infected or not especially after receiving a quite previously for 5000k from your company it seems crazy to think he was just sent away and 'bushed off' especially when you would be aware how bad it actually looked also, I'm not a dentist and even I could see how painful and bad the tooth looked so I'm so annoyed he wasn't even looked at briefly to give antibiotic, instead she just booked him in on Thursday this week. On Thursday evening he ended up in even more pain and we went to A&E at mid-night where they told him he needed to see someone first thing on Friday morning, this is when I phoned your clinic as I really needed to reiterate on his behalf how urgent this was to even just look at his tooth as he was in too much pain and being far to nice about it. Once again the girl said she would ask the dentist and then said no. That's when we booked another dental practice who saw him for 5minutes, gave him antibiotics and booked him and appointment to have his tooth removed this Thursday with them and we cancelled his appointment with your practice due to such unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. If we had of stuck with the original plan he would have come in this Thursday after suffering for an entire week only to be sent away again and told its infected (potentially even worse). The girl/s at the counter on Thursday/Friday probably need some training in customer service especially when someone let alone a man comes in and says they are in 9/10. Disgusting thus wasn't taken more seriously. Adding to the reply below from your practice: As mentioned as you had already quoted him 5000K i think squeezing him in to see him for 5minutes on Wednesday should have been manageable like it was with Green Bay Dental. Once again nice to know how defensive you get rather than putting customers needs first. You have proven a valid point. Antibiotics also FYI HAS supplied a solution temporarily. You definitely didnt TRY anything to help one of your patients so no thanks. As far as we're concerned and everyone else this story has now mentioned to you will not receive anymore service. 1/5 stars well deserved. Oh and nice work for the email reply - good to know you don't hear anything unless you review on google.

Negative experience: In January I came for a check up and clean, first time at this dental practice. Dentist was friendly, welcoming and I didn’t need any fillings. I asked that he clean the stain on my bonding on my front tooth, he did and it looks great. Unfortunately, for some reason he added some bonding on the back of the tooth, I have no idea why, he didn’t explain why, and when he was done the back of my tooth felt rough on my tongue. I told him this and he said he can fix it. When he filed it back he shaved so much off my tooth that the bottom of my tooth feels like a blade, it’s so sharp against my bottom lip. I went back to him to fix it and he added bonding to the middle /top of my tooth, right up against my other tooth. In doing so he’s created a ridge I can feel with my tongue and it constantly feels like there is something stuck between my teeth. Also, my sharp tooth wasn’t fixed at all. I’ve had to go to another dentist, who upon consultation was shocked at how sharp my tooth was, and I’ve had to have the whole cap replaced. It’s been tough getting the ridge as it’s right up against my other tooth. What should have been 1 appointment has turned into 4. This experience has been a nightmare for me, I do not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: As someone who's been nervous to go to the dentist for years due to bad past experiences, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. They were super friendly, great communication of what to expect and made the whole thing really comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I was in agony with an abscess under one of my lower teeth. I tried to get an appointment with many dentists close by but to no avail On finding Lynfield Dental centre which is close to my business and finding I could book online, I made an appointment for the 1400hrs the next day. I received an email confirming. The following day, John rang me and asked how I was and after a conversation he brought my appointment foward to Noon. The whole appointment went well with a sucessful extraction of the troublesome tooth. John and Raewyn were efficient, friendly and communicated excellently, even finding time for some general chat, which helps to put one at ease. I would highly recommend John and Raewyn at Lynfield Dental Centre. I will certainly make them my preferred dental provider. Well Done and 10 out of ten.

Fantastic experience: John is an incredible dentist who was able to tell me things about my teeth that no dentist has ever told me and I have had A LOT of work done in the past. The gentle dental approach makes the experience so much easier and I really appreciated the amount of time he takes to educate you as well as calm your nerves.

Fantastic experience: The Team at Lynfield Dental Care are simply fantastic, particularly Dr Maad Youhanna whom I saw. I highly recommend this clinic! I haven't been to the dentist in several years due to a bad experience from a different dental clinic so when I booked my appointment I put a note to say I was an anxious patient! The receptionist who called me the day before my appointment provided a reminder of my appointment time but also acknowledged my note on the online booking and advised I'd be well looked after. And that definitely was the case! The clinic itself is very new and clean and has a calming factor to it. My dentist then arrived and asked me initial questions about my history, advised step by step what was going to happen at my appointment and proceeded for the dental clean + examination with so much ease. Dr Maad explained the rationale behind various techniques to keep clean, importance of flossing and tips/ tricks to maintain good dental hygiene. Overall, I felt incredibly looked after, was very calm and it was also a really valuable educational experience. I'd seriously recommend this clinic and Dr Maad to anyone who hasn't visited the dental for a while due to fear and also to those looking for a clinic that genuinely cares for their needs and supportive of their dental hygiene journey.

Negative experience: About a year ago, I went to Lynfield Dental based on a friend's review. The first day the dentist said the initial consultation was free(I thought great!). However the next day when I came in for a filling, I asked why there was an extra $50 than he quoted, he said because the consultation yesterday!!! Apart from this the filling wasn't very well done, because it is too wide and causes me to bite my cheek every so often. I have not been back since.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consult for the first time. The dentist (Amanda) was very professional and knowledgable and the dental nurse was also very friendly. Despite my fear of dentists, it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone requiring dental work. Called first thing this morning and half an hour later was being prepped to have a painful wisdom tooth removed. And within a matter of minutes we were done. The couple there were very friendly and calmed a big wuss like me who is scared of the dentist! Will definitely be returning if I need more work done. Cheapest price I could find when I asked around too!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. John and Raewyn were really lovely people. Explained everything as they were going alone. Used a camera and screen above to show detailed images of what is wrong. And continued taking and displaying photos along the way so you really know what is going on, I really liked that. Good hours. Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with the service John Coburn has provided over the few years I've been with him. He is experienced and professional and provides and excellent service with competitive pricing. John and his wife Raewyn, who works with him as a dental nurse, are friendly and efficient. They have helped me though some difficult dental work when I've been quite nervous and even followed up with me the next day to see how I was getting on.

Fantastic experience: After finding a GrabOne special and reading the awesome reviews online about this practice, I decided to go for my first check up with the Lynfield Dental Centre since high school. Mr. & Mrs. Coburn seamlessly balanced professionalism with laughs and kind comments. The couple are clearly experts at what they do, emphasising how to look after your teeth and even answering the 101 questions you may have for them. I plan to make this practice home for future dental work/yearly check ups and would 100% recommend them to any person who asks.

Fantastic experience: I had pain in my front teeth and I approached Lumino Dentist to sort our my pain but I felt they came across like retail business trying to sell me options instead of providing solution to my pain. I went to work the next day and googled dentist close to home and here I found Lynfield Dental Centre and booked appointment on line. The whole experience from my first visit has been amazing the best part was I was looked after as a patient and getting rid of my pain in my teeth was John's priority who gave my explanation for the pain and how we could resolve it.John Coburn is a very friendly and informative dentist. I am someone who experiences anxiety around dentists however John provided me with very relaxed and professional environment ,experience and support. Mrs Coburn is very helpful and friendly too which makes the experience very supportive and approachable . I went home after the first visit and advised my family I have found a Dentist and don't have to travel all the way back to India to get dental work done. This will be my family dental clinic moving forward .A+++ service I would recommend them to my family and friends.
