Fantastic experience: I have childhood trauma from dentists in the country I grew up in, so I avoided going for over 20 years. But recently, I started having consistent pain and even had part of a tooth break off—so I couldn’t put it off any longer. After asking friends and reading lots of Google reviews, I decided to book with The Tooth Company, specifically with Dr. Grady Brower, who had many glowing reviews—and I’m so glad I did. At my first check-up, it turned out my upper wisdom teeth were badly decayed and needed to be extracted. I also needed a hygienist clean and several fillings. I was lucky enough to get a last-minute appointment that same day with their visiting oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. I was nervous going in, but the whole procedure took just five minutes, was completely painless, and the recovery was surprisingly easy. I’ve since returned for several fillings, and every visit has been comfortable (Netflix to watch during treatment was a nice touch!). I’m honestly a total convert now—I feel confident going back for regular check-ups and can’t thank the team enough for their gentle, professional care.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted a few days ago, and even though I wasn’t in the best headspace going in, that didn't stop Dr. Grady Bower and the team at Grey Lynn from delivering high-quality, professional care. The entire process was quick, easy, and pain-free I felt informed and comfortable from start to finish, and all my questions about recovery were answered clearly and thoroughly. The area is healing perfectly with no issues so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment plan with Dr. Bower. He’s awesome - highly recommend!

Joylene cleaned my teeth, I have super sensitive teeth and always dread having them cleaned. She was so incredibly gentle it didn’t hurt at all and a lovely human, you really feel like it’s great experience going to the Tooth Company, they are so friendly, welcoming and fabulous. Especially Joy !

Fantastic experience: The level of personal attention and sympathetic professionalism from Dr Grady was outstanding. He took time and care to talk me through the superbly detailed images of my teeth, both before and after procedures. He picked up a non-dental oral issue and followed it through with a clear and helpful explanation and discussion of options. Chelsea in reception was warm, welcoming and attentive to my needs. The arrival of The Tooth Company within walking distance of my home has been heaven-sent, just when travel to my previous dentist was becoming burdensome. Long may it remain and prosper!

Very informative about the procedure and cost and was very happy with the service. The clinic is fresh and new plus the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. 5 Stars for my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience from the consult to getting the job done. Dr Grady and his team were friendly welcoming and super professional. I’m not a fan of going to the Dentist but the facilities, environment, modern building and latest in technology is outstanding. They also have a late night! I had 3 chips repaired and colour matched in under an hour and I felt the price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend the Tooth Company in Grey Lynn.

I’m already booked in for next month. The equipment was also epic and they were able to do a full scan of my mouth which I had never had done before!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited The Tooth Company Grey Lynn for a wisdom tooth removal, something that can feel pretty daunting. From the moment I arrived, Chelsea at reception made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Grady Bower put together a fast and effective treatment plan, and having an oral surgeon on-site (Shout out Raj) was a huge plus. It made the whole process feel much more seamless and familiar. A big shoutout to Sam, the dental assistant, who was also fantastic throughout. The entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve had in years. That’s saying something coming from someone who usually dreads the dentist. I no longer have the usual anxiety or nerves when visiting the dentist due to the team here in Grey Lynn. 10/10

Dr Grady Bower and his assistant Sam were super friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress free. The new filling looks completely natural, and I loved that they used new photo tech to show before and after pictures during the appointment - really cool to see the results right away.
