Fantastic experience: This afternoon on their closing time I took my 17 year old son to see them. Not a regular patient, but had problems with a spring on his braces. While he still needs to see his orthodontist on Monday they were able to assist in making life more bearable until then. Cannot thank them enough for helping out and thanks to the friendly reception and dentist.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing practice! Couldn't recommend them enough.. fitted my son in after he had an accident at school. Lady at reception is a gem and kept my sons mind off of his very sore mouth, the dentist handled him with such calm and care. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Totally painless I am of the old school generation where we were tortured as primary school children at “the murder house “ and had trauma and anxiety issues about any dentist. But my experience at Fox dental has changed all that .No pain at all with fillings !!! The staff are so understanding kind and considerate. Highly recommended.. and I don’t say that lightly.

Maisey is my dentist and she's really thorough and makes sure that I look after my teeth and gums by giving great home care advice. Also love the TV on the ceiling that takes your mind off the procedure... videos of New Zealand.... Allows me to think about next road trip whilst having teeth sorted!!

Positive experience: Vic on reception was wonderful every time and the highlight of the visit. We saw Alicia for my son, I'm sure she's a good dentist but I found her very highly strung. She freaked out about everything and sent us to the hospital. Which caused a massive amount of stress and turns out wasn't needed at all. Also, my son is anxious and prefers me to do the talking. Every time I tried to talk to her, she turned her back on me and talked to my son. Maybe she thought I was an overbearing parent. But this wasn't the case at all, and I found it extremely rude. We left to go somewhere else and found a much calmer and better dentist who would listen to the issues without talking over us.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review but both me and my husband received incredible service. We kept on saying how amazed we were by the level of care we received. The receptionist is lovely and friendly and you feel so welcome. Many health care providers can make you feel like such an inconvenience on arrival, but not Fox Dental. The dentist was incredible and thorough. Thank you so much for what you did for us today. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The team at Fox Dental are fantastic! As someone who had not been to the dentist in 10 years due to dental anxiety, I would reccomend coming here in a heart beat. I can't thank these guys enough for helping me with my dental fears (Which are now minimal). Thank you so guys so much!

Fantastic experience: From the reception to the dentists it's obvious the staff don't just do their jobs—they genuinely care about you and your dental health. Every appointment I've had with Fox has been smooth, well organised, and importantly stress- and pain-free. The dentist takes her time to explain everything in detail, making sure I’m comfortable and informed.

Fantastic experience: After a very unpleasant experience with the dentist years ago ,I was forced to head back to the dreaded chair,Mr fox at the time was wonderful to me ,caring and very understanding when I found out he had retired I felt like I was back at square one.Well today I put my big girl pants on and headed back to Fox dental under there new team ,and I would just like to say ,Caryn and her assistant are by far the best ..Caryn toke the time to get to know me,made me feel very comfortable,I can officially say I am now over my fear of dentists ,thank you so much ,see you in six months

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of the team at Fox Dental care. Vic the receptionist is so welcoming and a wonderful front person. Maisey redid a very deep and tricky filling on my back molar a few weeks ago. She was really kind and gentle and took the time to explain everything to me first. The whole experience had me at ease...it had been awhile since I'd been to a dentist. I had a follow up treatment today which was fantastic and no extra charge. The team are super professional and absolutely care about your dental health. I highly reccomend Fox Dental Care

My miss autistic 11 has a massive fear of dentist because of the community dental, BUT she Absolutely LOVES Alicia, her assistant and vic the receptionist, these beautiful woman don't treat the patients like it's a just a job, they treat everyone with love, because of the time these ladies have put in my daughter isn't afraid anymore, they talk to her like she matters, they explained EVERYTHING in detail I can't thank you enough for what you've done for her, far less the love you've given miss 9 too, both these girls are both grateful to you! Will be back in the future that's for sure

Visiting the dentist is normally stressful for me, but the ladies at Fox Dental are amazing, so kind, understanding, sympathetic, not to mention the really professional service. Vic, the lovely lady at reception, your warm, friendly welcome, and the following up to make appointments, fit me in at short notice. The final after service follow up phone call was much appreciated. Dr Maisie Stone, you were gental, kind, patient, and calm, while explaining the procedures clearly and putting me at ease. The aftercare, and dressings to make sure that my mouth was healing, was so kind. I now have a plan, going forward to repair and restore my teeth. Quotes and a budget, I am so very grateful to you. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I’ve always had anxiety about the dentist, both pain wise and expense. But the whole thing was painless, everything was described to me along the way, and even held my hand when I needed reassurance and comfort. Plus to top it all off, the cost is so reasonable. I couldn’t recommend Fox dental enough! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Thankyou Fox Dental Care. Sarah Clarke, owner (dentist) I broke my tooth over the weekend and needed urgent dental care. The amazing Victoria Moss at reception had a cancellation and rushed me in to see Alicia Wade and her assistant Wendy. Not only was it a really short drive from Christchurch (infact was shorter than getting into the city, finding and paying for an expensive carpark) the level of care helping me was outstanding. I am scared of the dentist, anxiety is 11 out of 10 but I will be back, sooner than later (appointment made). Hands down the best practice I have ever been, is truly worth the drive if only to have a fun conversations with the gorgeous Vic at reception, the first one putting me at ease. I will be forever grateful for the, appointment, the professionalism of work and, for the most comfortable and nice atmosphere that made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Tony was my dentist for a good 10+ years when they use to be located in Christchurch city. I had Tony remove my wisdoms and do fillings etc. Tony has long time experience and is very professional. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: They were absolutely rude when my Aunty and mother rung them to find out what work my sister needed to get done! They talked over her and when she asked them to stop so she could explain the receptionist said no and continued talking absolutely disgusting behaviour! Our whole family will not be coming back and I’d never recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Tony is the best, most caring dentist I've ever met. He is extremely professional and most interested in his patients holding on to their teeth as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fox is a lovely, caring, gentle dentist who has been our family dentist for many years. His prices are very reasonable and Jeanie on reception does a wonderful job and always has a smile. I'm unsure if they have openings for more patients as they are so busy but I thoroughly recommend this place for service and affordabilty.
