Fantastic experience: I am not normally one to leave a review but I just had the most pleasant call with a lovely receptionist Heather or Helena. It was very thoughtful to check in before the weekend and she'd managed to move things so I could get a closer appointment. Great team at tauranga dental house!

Fantastic experience: I came in a couple weeks back to see Dr Lauren spyker. I was very impressed by how thorough she was but also noticed the efficiency and kindness of her assistant, heather. A lovely AND talented pair, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had 2 dental implants at Tauranga Dental House. The whole procedure from the initial consult to the end result, with 2 new implant teeth, was a smooth process and I am very happy with the end result. Kane Zhao was recommended to me by my regular dentist at the Dental House Practice. From our first meeting his clear detailed information about the procedure for the implants, put me at ease and I felt very comfortable about his knowledge and skill in this process. I also felt at ease to ask questions and to discuss the plan for my implants. As well as Kane’s obvious knowledge and precise skill in this process, I was impressed with the state of the art technology in use at the Tauranga Dental House. I had several appointments during the process and each time it was clearly explained to me what to expect during my visit and how long each process would take. At the end of every appointment I was shown the X-ray photos of the progress made, explanations of the current situation and what to expect next. I always felt well looked after in the chair. Kane made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I had no pain, even after the long appointment where the initial implants were first put in. I am so happy with my 2 new teeth, and I highly recommend Kane and The Tauranga Dental House.

Fantastic experience: My little girl was able to get into see the dentist on the same day and wow, not only were all the receptionists lovely but dr Lauren was incredible! Kind, warm and so reassuraning and engaging with my little girl. What a gift to find such a wonderful dentist!

Negative experience: Felt like the dentist Micha or similar name was very judgemental about beneficiaries and ignored a problem which I told her I wanted fixed and instead told me she fixed it and there was nothing wrong anymore. I then went to a different dentist and got it fixed

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Micah Church. I was a new patient, I had 4 molars with serious issues and 1 chipped front tooth. Micah is very trustworthy, and pragmatic. The entire time I felt at ease and knew I was only being advised on what was necessary. Micah's teamwork with her assistant Charlize was also great. The serious work on my molars is rock solid. The cosmetic repair is flawless, it looks perfect and colour match is 10/10. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Kane at Tauranga Dental House has done a great job in recommending and then supplying a custom made snore guard for myself. This has made a huge difference to my quality of sleep and peace and quiet for my wife! Thanks Kane! :)

Fantastic experience: Stellar work from these dental professionals. All the medical professionals wore an n95 mask when I asked them. They also allowed me to run a fan inside my operating room. They were respectful, kind, and experienced. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to see Stewart Taylor at TBK for many years and can not fault his professionalism and dentistry work. His assistant is absolutely gorgeous, she is friendly and chatty and outs you at ease (I don’t like dentist visits so for me this is important). Reception staff are amazing, they always answer the phone in a friendly manner, are always accommodating and pleasant. Fantastic team!

Fantastic experience: Really lovely practice. Have been to Steven for years at TBK and he was so great and now switched to Kane Zhao who was absolutely wonderful. Very respectful, thoroughly examining my teeth and gum health with xrays and took a lot of care to inspect all aspects of my dental health. X-ray on screen above was so helpful as he talked me through the status of the teeth now and how things will unfold in the future. Gave really useful advice for brushing and flossing and correct brushes and toothpaste to use. Highly recommend Kane and all the TBK team. Also have a wonderful dental hygienist who I see one a year. Thanks heaps TBK!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Kane a dentist at TBK Dental. I had a broken tooth. Kane explained what needed doing, a crown was made, it fits like a glove. He showed me images of what was happening, very interesting . He was very caring for the 2 visits needed. I highly recommend him. Thank you Kane.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and affordable. Had visited another local dentist who had quoted me 4500+ to fix my teeth, so I thought I would give TBK dental a go. Met with Kane for a check up who quoted me a affordable and very reasonable price. Best decision I made coming here, Kane is a very good dentist and you wont regret seeing him if you have any problems.

Fantastic experience: Ladies at reception were so friendly, respectful and understanding. The dentist, Kane, was great and listened intently to my issues and looked after me really well. He checked with me before doing any work to make sure I was happy with what he wanted to do, as I was concerned about the cost. The price was very reasonable and actually far cheaper than I expected. The clinic is very homely, literally an old refurbished home, and very clean, tidy and organised. If you’re at all dissatisfied with your current dental clinic, moving to this clinic is a no brainer. I’ll be going there for the foreseeable future without a doubt.
