Fantastic experience: I recently took my child to see Dr. Mac because her crown was loose. She’s usually a very shy child, but Dr. Mac was absolutely wonderful—he took the time to explain everything to her and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. She ended up needing an extraction, and the procedure was so smooth. The dental assistant and the front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and kind. Overall, it’s a great place with a warm atmosphere and affordable pricing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I can definitely say that I hadn't seen a dentist in 10+ years after having all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and having an allergic reaction where I didn't want to see a dentist again. After having the team after having a really bad tooth ache I have found a dentist I will be gladly saying will be my dentist and I will do the yearly checkup I'm happy to be able to proud of smiles while showing my teeth.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough for this place. Thank you Mac what a beautiful man. He does whats best by you in your own circumstances Lost my front tooth and i thought life was over. They made me a partial denture and theyre not sore to wear at all. My partner got hers at lumino and i remember her complaining how uncomfortable they were at first. My ones look stronger too with claws on the sides. The staff are so nice. Thank you to Mac, the assistants the reception and Andrea for cleaning my teeth; who knew teeth cleaning gave you good breath. Lovely place

Positive experience: Great dentists. Unfortunately the unfriendly and officious receptionist let's the practice down. She needs some basic interpersonal skills. In response to the comment by the owner: great attempt at deflection by saying I was behaving badly towards her multiple times. A simple Thank you when paying for my bill might have redeemed her attitude towards me on previous occasions leading up to my appointment (no point going into further details given your quick response and tone to this review). It's the little things sometimes that keep lifelong patients. Good luck with that.

Fantastic experience: Switched to South City Dental recently and by a long shot they're the best dental service I've received. The staff are friendly, prices reasonable and most importantly they stand by their work. I would highly recommend South City dental services.

Everyone I have ever encountered in this practice is lovely. The lady at reception is so nice and the dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are lovely. I so recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I just got my dental filling today and a nice cleaning and my experience today is amazing. Dr. Adrian and his assistant were so helpful and they made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process and the receptionist was so nice. The price point was good and fairly reasonable :)

Fantastic experience: **Update** - Kevin no longer works here and has moved on to another practice in Hamilton. Kevin Oh is the best dentist I've ever been to. Before I left town he had been involved with my dental care since the dentist I was with prior retired, from memory Kevin was my dentist for over eight years. I have tried other dentists since moving away from Hamilton they have failed to live up to the standards of both care and service I have received from Kevin. Out of all the reasons to live in Hamilton, e.g Hamilton gardens, culture, services that are available, the things that improve the experience of living in a town. Being able to access dental care from Kevin without having to fly in for appointments would be number one reason to live in Hamilton. He has not ever made a mistake working on my dental care and he has always been extremely friendly, competent and professional.

Fantastic experience: Awsome people here I had a chip come off some dental work I had done 20+ years ago had nothing to do with them but I have had work done by theses guys 4 or so months ago so went in they said it wasn't their work they had all paperwork to prove as such but anyway they done that one little repair for free I was in and out in less than 15 minutes zero complaints about anything I will go again later when needed

If you are not sure, you can ask questions and Dr. Nair is very good in explaining and in providing practical ideas in looking after your teeth. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience with Dr Nish Nair. I am a very nervous patient and he was very gentle, calm, kind, and explained everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. The whole procedure was completely pain free. Cannot recommend him enough especially for nervous patients.

Negative experience: Last visit 2018 made an appointment 2022 was telephoned later informed that my notes said last visit bad experience no explanation appointment canceled ! Seen straight away by another dentist Smile on Anglesea no problem!

Fantastic experience: I know I don't have the best teeth. And I know I've never had good experiences with previous dentists in the past. But Dr Kevin kept me calm and as relaxed as possible while performing an outstanding job on my wee fangs. Forgive me I cannot remember the assisting hygienist's name but she performed outstandingly. And to the ladies on reception, you were both such a pleasure to be in the presence of. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would. Thank you for helping me trust again.
