Negative experience: I rang this place to ask for a quote and booking, the lady reckons, "I'll call you back" how's that for professional, she couldn't tell me on the spot ‍♂️ then does even call me back, I then rang back half hr later only to be told, we're full booked so I asked whens the next available appointment. I'll call you back she say..

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr J Bagadam who performed an oral surgery on me as one of my molar was shattered. He was absolutely brilliant! I had a few complications and Dr Bagadam was extremely professional, caring and empathetic. I felt no pain at all throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!

Fantastic experience: I came in as an emergency walk in. First off it is difficult to find an emergency walk in availability but the team at South Auckland Dental and Orthodontics were amazing and were able to fit me in. Sue at reception has exemplary customer service and she made me feel very welcome and safe. She understood I was in excruciating pain and was able to get me through to the doctor very quickly. The nurse Jay was hands down one of the best nurses I have ever met. She made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves . She also helped make the procedure easier on me. She encouraged me through out the process.Lastly , Dr. Rupa is an absolute star . The best dentist I have ever come across! She was able to explain the cause of the issue . She then went on to explain the possible options I had . I chose to be treated by her , and this was literally the most painless dental treatment / experience I have ever had . She was very careful and she has the proverbial hands of a surgeon ! She kept asking me if I was okay and ensuring that it was painless for me. The treatment was reasonably priced . After the procedure Jay went on to provide care instructions . I was then advised as to how I could ensure that healing is quick. I will be visiting South Auckland Dental and Orthodontics for anything dental related . I highly recommend them! They are absolutely amazing . Kudos to the team ! Keep up the good work. Very grateful to have received treatment . The team is just stellar !

Fantastic experience: Very happy with dentist Dr Vevek and his assistant. Very friendly and professional service.The receptionist is friendly and tries her best to fit you in for appointments and corrects others mistake too Only one downfall is that they is Asian lady Elica who answered phone on Monday is not friendly and doesnt ask you which dentist I wanted to see..She just books whomever she likes not even looking in the file

Fantastic experience: Dr Rupa and Elsi are your absolute dream team when it comes to your teeth. The professional manner and the best care I received from both, was just amazing and the best! Thank you both for the experience and wonderful work you did on my front chipped tooth. Dr Rupa not only made it look like it is my natural tooth but made the whole experience equivalent to "smooth sailing". Elsi, you may as well say is as qualified as Dr Rupa, she is hands on and knows how to make you feel at ease. And Sue, was the one that made it all happen. Thank you. Negative experience: Trying to take your money. At the initial appointment the dentist said 7-8k for work needing done, about two minutes later said “so you’d be about 8-9k” likely deciding I could afford more. They then rung me up to reschedule telling me on the phone “we think you need a clean” which I’m sure they would have charged me for; howeverI know I don’t need it as I’ve recently had it done from my dentist, who said I needed orthodontic work done. I’ve saved for a long time to get this work done and it’s disappointing to feel as though I’m being scammed out of my money.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth on 30/4/21 in the morning. Gave call to my regular dentist all booked till next week. Called south Auckland dental. Got a afternoon appointment. M so afraid of injection that's the last place I wana go is to a dentist. But I couldn't wait due to the pain. Told the dental surgeon m afraid of injection . He gave the injection and did the filling and everything was done without any pain. And the price was also very reasonable not expensive. The front receptionist was also very polite and friendly. I have changed my dentist now I'm gona come and see Vivek thats the dental surgeon who looked after me. Highly recommend this place. You should go here atleast once to get the experience. Fantastic experience: Am very happy the service that I received from South Auckland Dental Otahuhu. Last two weeks ago was my first visit for tooth extraction a day that was done by the dentist name Joe if am not mistaken by the name if its wrong am sorry for the name. He was very nice and the way my tooth was done didn't even feel that much. As of today 09/04/2021 o went to do a tooth filling amd this was done by another dentist name VP. VP has done excellent and marvelous job on my filling. And explained very nice and crystal clear the outcome of it aswell. I would recommend all to visit once for your tooth issues amd for sure you won't regret for a moment. Mohammed Shameem Khalil.

Fantastic experience: Very Professional Service. I was serviced by Rupa . I thank Rupa for all her help and assistance. I had to undergo root canal treatment for one of my canine tooth. This tooth troubled me a lot when the teatment was going on . Rupa who was my dentist ensured at all time to check , if I was in pain or not. When pain she has come to work all the way for me to check in evening, even after her normal hours are over and at times stayed back for me as i would finish work after 5.00pm. Such service and assistance can only be given by such good dr. Who understands her patient and knows her well. Thanks Rupa for all your humbleness and help. Will be remembered at all time. Fantastic experience: Very professional doctors, well equipped and respond to emergencies in a timely manner. The team follows up and confirms the next visit. Never had an issue getting help. Very honest in their diagnosis. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Called after work, booked for same day. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Pharmacy on site also. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Positive experience: In an emergency, I had no trouble making an appointment for my mother on a Saturday for an appointment the same day. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The rooms and facilities are a little cramped and basic, but not bad.

Negative experience: Have rang 9times after 9AM today, no answer. How hard is it to make an appointment for a tooth to be pulled!!
