Negative experience: I am sharing my experience today because, back in 2016/17, my English wasn’t good enough to explain the terrible experience I had with Claudia Uribe. I had a periodontal debridement done by her, which resulted in bleeding and swollen gums to the point that I couldn’t eat due to the pain. I went back to the clinic to ask her what had gone wrong, and she told me it was normal. However, she said she would prescribe me some medication to help. I waited for 20 to 25 minutes, only to realize that she was trying to find what to prescribe on Google. In the end, she didn’t suggest anything and just told me that the swelling and pain would go away within a couple of days. She then demanded payment, and when I protested, she took me to a corner and tried to intimidate me, telling me to pay or I would be in trouble. I was in shock after the way she spoke to me. I paid for my ‘consultation,’ but I have never forgotten that embarrassment. So be careful who you trust as your dentist. Until then, I had never had any issues with her, but from that day on, I could see what kind of professional she truly is. Sometimes you miss out on finding a good, reliable professional because of the price. It might be worth paying a bit more for a qualified professional.

Negative experience: Went for a 5 minute quote on 7 teeth, left with a 90$ bill that I knew nothing about. 4 months later I get a text saying it's been referred to Baycorp because they haven't been able to contact me. Immediately ring the practice, inquired about it and the receptionist insisted they sent me mail to the correct address, I told them to check the original form and they'd entered it into their system wrong. Pro tip: txt or email customers before resorting to baycorp.

Positive experience: Nor impressed with the young girl I had she never really answered my questions she left them for myself to decide and she's the professional grrrr.

Fantastic experience: Went to dentist for an X-ray ,extraction of a broken tooth and clean I was treated with the utmost care both from the dentist and her assistant. They communicated clearly with respect ,warmth and understanding throughout the procedure. Five star review

Negative experience: Used to be the best dental clinic when Mr Payne was there, his replacement was incompetent to say the least. Went in for replacement filling which was a large one but took him very little time. The side of the tooth was no longer smooth but jagged. Filling completely fell out in 24 hours. I didn't go back

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience there. I had some things to sort out so had to go back few times and it was excellent. The Dr Claudia Uribe was really careful and explained everything about the process. Also it was cheaper than the one I went before. So definitely recommend, and I will go again if needed.

Fantastic experience: Kevin Wong has been my dentist for a number of years and I can highly recommend his highly organized and skilled treatments. I now live in another town but keep him as my dentist for the reasons stated.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienist ripped my mouth apart with a pick/hook and kept jabbing more medication in my gums to numb the area. She then proceeds to tell me I have gum disease. I was crying in so much pain after 40mins I left with half my mouth done. She referred me to an expensive hygienist to get my teeth cared for. I wasn't going to do that. I finally went to Lumino the dentist and explained and when seeing me she said my teeth were great just needed a clean. I was there for 25mins all done, no pain and she reassured me I don't have gum disease. Whatever you do, don't go to this dental centre.

Fantastic experience: I booked myself in for a check up after over 20 years since last seeing my family dentist. Claudia and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything that was happening in my mouth. Great things to ponder on the ceiling while having a check up to! If you're worried about getting a check up, this is the place to go for anxiety free treatment. Comfortable treatment at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Dental service is fine but the receptionist staff even don’t know how to write one letter after you spent $1200
