Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Treesa Mary George @ Dentistry On Parkside. I have had a filling and a cleanup done by her on two different occasions. She was really professional, kind and caring. Concerned about to ask me during the treatment process whether I was experiencing any pain or discomfort in order to alleviate the issue. Educated me on how to keep my teeth well looked after regularly. She did an amazing job on my teeth that I am pleased to recommend her to anyone who would be in search of a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentists. I’ve had my check up, hygienist and now a filling on my front tooth and these are the best dentists I’ve ever had. Carmen is particularly good and has a lovely manner with people.

Fantastic experience: Had all four wisdom teeth removed under sedation. The experience was as painless and as pleasant as having wisdom teeth out could possibly be. Excellent follow-up reviews for the procedure. All staff interactions during the journey were top notch.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a bad wisdom tooth taken out. I went for a consultation to find out what could be done and wound up getting the tooth removed. I couldn't afford much but the lady I dealt with was super professional and did her best to accommodate my budget. I didn't feel ANY pain at all and the extraction was over in less than 10 mins!

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist, I unfortunately missed an appointment today with them as I forgot about it due to having an overwhelming amount of things to deal with. She called to see if I was on my way to the appointment a I apologized and explained I'd forgotten. I understand this is a huge inconvenience to the business when something like this happens. I have missed another appointment previously, but when going to reschedule there was a comment about not wanting to book me back in because I won't show up is extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion I was spoken to like I had been booking the appointments and just not showing up deliberately. When working with people you need to be understanding and kind always you never know what people are dealing with behind close doors and it wasn't a case of me just being slack and not showing up. My teeth are one of my top priority to get them fixed and I was already absolutely devastated I'd missed the appointment and I'd felt bad for being a inconvenience to the company. I'd apologized but the receptionist still choose to make very clear I'd been inconvenient and couldn't be trusted to show up to any future appointment.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional. Pleasure to deal with. Personal thanks to Dr Arun Prabu Velusamy, his assistant Rachael and the lovely lady at reception desk (sorry forgot to ask the name), who stayed after hours, during Christmas break, on Friday to do an urgent root canal for me. Saved my vaccation.

Positive experience: Amanda makes sure her patients are treated well and are informed about their procedures and communicates the possible solutions clearly so that clients can get the best outcome. Only taking one star off for how hard it is to get a booking in time, but I guess it is to be expected for such a popular clinic, that they have so many patients.

Positive experience: Dr Phodiso is patient and friendly, efficient to explain the teeth condition. Got a simple dental kit as freebies after the full checkup. Just the root canal quotes a bit high for me. Will continue visiting them for other minor fixing.

Negative experience: I looked for them because of a toothache, which had already appeared about 1 month ago. I went there, had an x-ray and the main dentist told me that there was nothing wrong, that the pain would go away on its own. even giving to see the caries hole in the tooth externally. It's been 3 weeks and the pain just got worse. I paid 150$ to leave with the same pain and not have my problem solved. I will look for another professional to solve my problem. I do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an RCT done at Dentistry on Parkside. It was pretty quick and no pain at all never had to take a painkiller. All the staff is professional, kind, responsive and accommodating. I really appreciate the work done by Dr Arun for my teeth as he is thorough, gentle, informative and kind. I highly recommend Dentistry on Parkside for all the dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I did root canal in dentistry on parkside two months before.it was really nice experience with the staff and the facility.I was scared of injections and pain probably from my previous experience with other dentists,but here I met really experienced and well behaved staff who considered all my fears and worries about the treatment. I recommend this facility for all your dental issues

Fantastic experience: great place and good friendly team

Negative experience: I am rating one star because i went here and was getting some fillings, the dentist was using a drill which exploded out of my mouth and hit the wall, and then the dentist said "oh that drill piece is too big", and then started to use a smaller drill piece. This had been traumatic and for the dentist to be using the wrong drill piece is really unsettling.
