Positive experience: Had good service , got same day appointment for a tooth removal, problem free fast removal , thankyou airport oaks

Fantastic experience: Recently my wife and I had treatments here. Highly recommend Dr Srishti and her team. A lot of care was taken during the treatments to make the procedures pleasant.

Negative experience: Professional enough but no warmth and more concerned about getting paid. I dont like leaving bad reviews but dentist didnt do herself or this place any favours. Dentist didnt introduce herself and make an effort for polite conversation. Said the basics, after tooth pulled made no suggestion for a follow up or feedback like she couldnt be bothered. She simply said it's done, walked away and closed staff door. Disrepectful, arrogant and rude. Receptionist is young and polite, she had more grace than the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the care and service this centre has to offer. From the receptionist to the lead dentist. Fantastic experience: Honestly the perfect place to get your pearly whites checked. Decent prices for the services provided. Pain management is at the forefront of their game plans. And you don't feel pressured into making pricey on the spot decisions, which besides the pain, can be one of the most annoying parts of dental visits. 100% recommend.

Negative experience: “Beware of Hidden Fees and Unethical Practices” “I had a very negative experience at clinic at airport aoks Dental, where I was charged for services without being informed of the cost beforehand. I went there to get my tooth extracted . During the appointment, additional procedures were performed without my consent or prior knowledge. When I received the bill, it included charges for these unexpected services. At no point was I informed about the additional costs. When I asked about the pricing before the treatment, I received vague responses and no clear breakdown of potential charges. I felt blindsided and taken advantage of. I strongly advise anyone considering airport aoks dental to be cautious. Ensure you get a detailed estimate and confirmation of all charges before agreeing to any treatment. Overall, my experience with airport aoks dental was deeply disappointing due to their lack of transparency and unethical billing practices. Patients deserve honesty and clear communication, which this clinic failed to provide.

Fantastic experience: Just arrived in New Zealand on holiday from UK and my wife broke a crown. Airport Oaks were really friendly and helpful. They gave a same day appointment. The dentist was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in repairing it.

Fantastic experience: Awesome care and treatment,I arrived in Auckland from London with a capped front tooth falling out.I was due to head up north to kerikeri and the receptionist allayed any fears I had about spending my 3 week holiday with a front tooth missing and booked me in then a charming gentleman who was next to go in insisted I should go before him as he had heard me talking to the receptionist such a charming man.oh and the treatment was first class,the cap was refitted with no fuss or bother and I was good to go ,Fantastic service and delightful people Highly recommend Julie

Fantastic experience: Very kind, was able to get me in last minute. Was worried about pricing but the lovely receptionist talked me through it, and alternative payment options. Unsure of comparative prices as I haven't been to a dentist for ages but will definately be making my yearly checkups here from now on

Negative experience: If you have a choice, Do not Go here! I came here the next day of my injuries and doctor Shristi or whoever that was took an X Ray to apply for ACC and then did a temporary bridge so that the gap would be filled.i had a bridge before but due to the injuries, it broke! I had that bridge for 3 years plus!! the next day was my trip to fiji and while eating in the plane the metal piece that she put behind started breaking and i even got my tongue cut!!! It was horrible! I was charged $200 for this!!i understand it was temporary not for a long term but i don't think i paid for it to only last ONE DAY!!! Sorry but Very unprofessional!!

Fantastic experience: I've had a clean scale and polish I found them through grabone. They were very kind, informative, and listened to what was important to me. I had started getting tooth pain prior to arriving to the dentist. After a thorough exam it was found I had a bad infection and I need a root canal and crown also a filling for a cracked tooth . They helped me through the ACC process and did everything needed for ACC to accept the claim in a quick manner. They have given me a plan of what needs done to bring my teeth back to A healthy standard. At all times I was aware of the costs and risks associated with the procedure. Their pricing is very competitive, I will continue to use them for all my dental needs. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth pulled out. At the same place had several other teeth pulled out. I've had gums cleaned teeth cleaned and so far all good. I have my new DENTURES and for now can wear one but need another day or two to heal after the last tooth was pulled out. I recommend them. The new dentist Jane is lovely and as Carmel Is leaving hope she does well in her future goals. And welcome to the new assistant. I've seen her being guided in the protocols by Carmel and she looks Keen to start her duties. My partner is going there on Wed to get sorted and he's happy with their work so far as last week he had a good clean out and his halitosis has almost gone completely. We recommend this team as they do a great job and are people friendly. Keep up the good work ladies!

Fantastic experience: I heard about this place from my daughter in law and it's a 5 minute drive from where I live. Having a heart condition makes me apprehensive about getting work done on my teeth but I am so glad I decided to go to go this dentist. The staff are friendly and accommodating and take the time to make their patients feel comfortable. I was amazed at the process for the extraction of my wisdom tooth. The dentist is professional and the extraction seemed effortless. The dentist explained what was happening through the entire process and she did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend this dentist and I will definitely return there.

Fantastic experience: Hi all I had an ongoing pain on both my upper wisdom tooth and rotten little tooth. I searched on Google and found this place on kirkbride Road went for my first visit it was an absolute pleasure to meet such nice staff in dentist I had informed Dr Jane that I have a bad phobia of needles and was in real pain she wants so quick to prescribe me medication to relax me on my second appointment I had brought my mother along who was to drive me from their back me and my mother had an absolute pleasure and would come back there again and again and she made me feel right at home she even on Bollywood music for me she calm me down and did the injections nice and slowly including taking out the teeth the nurse was absolutely nice as well I will recommend this to everyone to come and visit this place as they make you feel very wanted with their warmth after the visit they communicated with me in my recovery also called me in to check if everything was well I thank you Dr Jane and staff you guys are all amazing

Negative experience: I felt like both dentist and dental assistant were unprofessional.dentist did not talk me through the entire process of tooth removal but was telling me bits as she started procedure and did not show me my X-ray . After giving me local anaesthetic I could taste it in my mouth and it was very painful when she injected me,she then started to extract tooth until I screamed because I could feel everything and then she says it's only the pressure I'm feeling when I assured her it wasn't then she gave me more anesthetic then it was numb.Dentist had a dental assistant with no experience throughout the procedure it was like training day for her as she didn't seem to know anything from when she had shun the bright light into my face before giving me a pair of glasses and when it came to suction it felt like she was shoving it down my throat which was very uncomfortable .worst experience ever.would not recommend this practice to anyone.try mighty mouth or lumino
