My teeth feel incredibly clean, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. Very professional, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by the exceptional care and attention from Dr. Keira Malone and her team. Her warm bedside manner put me at ease right away. I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, and they took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. Thanks to her professionalism and expertise, the whole experience was incredibly smooth and easy.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough! I got four wisdom removed by Dr Kiera Malone under general anaesthetic. I was surprised about the lack of pain I experienced, the whole procedure and recovery has been smooth sailing. Thank you!

Negative experience: My wife got referred here for a tooth extraction. All info from the previous dentist was sent to them, including an X-ray.She had a 4-5min consult with no X-ray taken or any in-depth check and was charged $190. With another $1000 quoted to take the tooth out. Pretty rough price for a 4min chat. Was expecting better.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous team of professionals who take the time to get to know you and design a care plan specifically for you. If you're anything like me and feel you need a valium to get you in the door, then I'd highly recommend Richard and Louisa. From entering the premises, the lovely Practice Manager, Jo puts you at ease upon arrival and then you'll be greeted by Richard or Louisa. I've been going to Richard for the past 14 years and he understands my fear, puts me at ease and always checks in on me during the procedures. He is great explaining the options and what he is monitoring on each visit. He's been amazing when I had a tooth break and needed a cerec crown, opening the practice at 6.30am to fit me in around an already full day. You won't find a more professional, kind and caring team than Beale and Cullen.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank these good people enough. I flew over from the UK for business & wound up with severe dental pain. I was fortunate to get an emergency appointment & was utterly miserable, Richard put me at ease & instantly empathized with me, after some investigation & xrays, it was obvious I had a nasty infection & required urgent root canal. Both Richard & Lou opened their practice early the following morning to fit me in and take of me. They literally held my hand through the root canal process & they just couldn't have done more for me. After my treatment I felt good enough to head to the office & get on with my work trip. The following day they phoned to see how I was getting on and continued to give me after care advice. I am forever grateful that I stumbled upon their practice, having never had dental surgery before I couldn't have found a better practice to be looked after by. The wider team at the practice were also extremely kind & accommodating. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and professional dentists. The entire team are behind you to improve your teeth and improve your dental hygiene overall. Louisa has done a fantastic job on my teeth. She took a lot of care to make sure everything was done properly and has made a huge difference in the short time I have been a patient. I have normally dreaded going to the hygienist, but Samantha does an excellent job, she is also really gentle, and a really positive person. Definite 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: From booking to treatment, my experience has been amazing. This is the first time in 20 years where I have complete trust and confidence in a dentist. Richard offers true pain free dentistry. I already have two CERAC crowns which look and feel amazing.

Fantastic experience: After breaking my dental implant I needed an urgent repair. Everybody I called was booked up, but Richard kindly saw me in his own time before the practice opened. He did an amazing repair of the implant and brought my attention to another broken tooth, which he fixed this morning. The quality of work here is second to none, and a great deal of pride is taken. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Louisa is the first dentist who gets on top of my special needs teeth. And she makes good recommendations if she feels that someone else would be doing a better job. She has a great team around her, Joanna at reception is brilliant to get everything organised. I can highly recommend this clinic, thank you for your lovely care

I have been attending this practice for approximately 2 years and during this time, the team have consistently delivered a high standard of professional practice coupled with friendly and supportive service. Richard Beale (Principal Dentist) has worked with me to provide the best possible solutions to my dental needs. Throughout the entire process thus far, I have been consulted with, listened to, accommodated and respected. I have found Richard's work to be of the highest standard which is evident in his approach (e.g. attention to detail) and the final result (e.g. the remedy of dental pain). In addition, Maddi & Mel (Dental Assistants) and Joanne (Office Manager) have been warm and welcoming, and undoubtedly proficient in each of their roles. It is my belief that Beale & Cullen is more than just a dental practice. It is a team of people that really do care. That value you as a person, not just as a customer.

Fantastic experience: Beale and Cullen is honestly one of the best Dentists I have ever gone too. Being nervous as ever going to a dentist I first emailed to see what the procedures were going to be regarding my wisdom teeth getting removed. I then got a very swift response from a lovely lady named Joanne in which made me feel less anxious as she was very sweet and humble, she replied and said that I should come and get them checked out before the pain got worse and also pleasantly told me not be scared as she will make sure I will be okay. I then went down to my consultation and Joanne greeted me with a lovely smile, and shortly after I was introduced to a lady named Louisa, she straight away made me feel very comfortable as I let her know how nervous I was. Through the whole consultation she checked to see if I was okay which made my experience 100x better. Louisa then let me know that the best thing for me was to get these bad boys removed and then referred me to one of their best Oral surgeons in Christchurch that offer Sedation. Beale and Cullen should be so proud to have both of these ladies working there. They gave the best customer service I have received since moving to Christchurch and I will forever be going back there thanks to them!

Fantastic experience: I went to Beale & Cullen and had the best experience EVER. I'm only a kid and going to the Dentist is very scary. But the team made me feel so comfortable. They listened to my concerns and planned my treatment accordingly. They talked me through every step of the procedure and made sure I was OK. I can definitely recommend this surgery and I'm not worried about going back, as I know they will take good care of me. :)

Fantastic experience: Costs a little more (but not excessively so) than some of the others, but you get what you pay for. These guys brought my mouth back from the edge all the way to something I can take real pride in. Can be relied upon to only prescribe treatment you actually need - I've double-checked. I wouldn't trust my teeth with anybody else.
