Fantastic experience: I would love to recommend this dental clinic , professional and knowledgeable advanced equipment ...nice place to fix any problems on your teeth ...

Negative experience: I attended a teeth hygiene appointment today with Mildred Reburiano, and the service was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I was seated at 4:04 pm, and the entire "cleaning" was rushed through and finished in less than 20 minutes — including teeth polishing. When I questioned how this was possible, especially when their website clearly states appointments take 45–60 minutes, Mildred Reburiano tried to point to a broken clock to justify the rushed session. When I showed the real time on my phone, she casually brushed it off without any apology or effort to correct it. Despite not having a professional clean for over three years, I was told my teeth were "already clean, and I am good at flossing" — an utterly careless and dismissive comment. It was obvious she had no intention of doing a thorough job. I can still feel plaque on my teeth even after the session, proving it was not done properly. Instead of taking responsibility, Mildred wasted time making irrelevant personal conversation, ignored my clear requests, and treated the appointment like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine healthcare service. I am more than willing to pay for a proper, thorough teeth hygiene service, but today's visit was COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT!!!! The appointment felt UNPROFESSIONAL, RUSHED, and showed a complete LACK OF RESPECT FOR PATIENT CARE!!!!! I raised my concerns with reception immediately after. Absolutely would NOT recommend this clinic based on my experience today. Patients deserve better.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Jacob grieve as a dentist by his colleague at the dunedin dental school. When I turned 18. Jacob always does a great job with all the treatment I have been receiving since 2000. His whole team from the hygenist to assistants and receptionists are so welcoming and friendly. I recommend knox dental lumino the dentists to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thank you to the team at knox dental for taking care of my oral health. Til next time

Great at explaining everything, what she is doing, why she is doing it and what your choices and options are. Her calmness, kindness, confidence and communication is second to none. Definitely recommend and good at what she does!

Fantastic experience: I recently changed dentists to Knox Dental Centre and was made immediately welcome from the moment I arrived by a very friendly receptionist. My dentist Chuen Lin was absolutely brilliant making me feel at ease from the moment I sat down in the chair. After my examination Chuen Lin then explained the repair procedure and associated costs of the treatment prior to undertaking any repair work which was very reassuring. My only regret is not coming here sooner . Great work team !

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I've been too. I'm not a big fan of going to dentists (never been) but this dentist was polite, he gave off positive vibes and most importantly he was informative on explaining the issues I had. It was very important that I learned how the issues had occurred and how I could prevent them in the future, he went on further to book me a place before I turned 18 which was 4 days time to avoid me paying a fee. I will never forget this kind gesture. Thank you to the G.O.A.T Senthilkumar Vedagiri and his team for the hardwork.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless. Booked in for a check up and a filling, was very clear about making two bookings and wanting both done same day. Left $156 poorer (almost $100 more than the website stated) without getting filling fixed. 0/10 do not go here.

Warm, engaging, informative , efficient and talks you through every stage of the procedure to inform guide and communicate . Today he did an exceptional job of my tooth that required a porcelain crown , but he did a filling that just looks astounding!!!im so impressed !!! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lumino Knox Dental for approximately 5 years now. Dr Jacob Grieve, Sue Bainbridge and the rest of the team at Knox are excellent. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, I was well informed about the procedure. Jacob was very kind and professional throughout the surgery. My surgery was painless and the pain during my recovery has been minimal. I would highly recommend this Lumino branch, they are awesome.

The new machine they have for numbing areas before a procedure - in my case a filling, was completely painless, I did not even realise I was having an injection!! Jacob was great in explaining all treatment and options available. Very clean and professional clinic with no unnecessary treatment recommended.
