Fantastic experience: I had huge fear going to the dentist and avoided going for years, but desperately needed a tooth sorting. I called a few local Cambridge dentists who weren't able to help me as quickly as I needed, then fortunately I came across Cambridge Dental. Liz was immediately helpful and lovely on the phone. Subsequently I have had a few appointments with Dr Bernard Andersen and his assistant Meg - I cannot recommend them highly enough. I no longer dread my dentist appointments. Bernard is really amazing at what he does, very reassuring and accommodating - no pain, no judgement and a massive weight lifted from my shoulders. So greatful to have found them and again, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago I found myself in need of implant repair work. In the previous 14 years I had had competitive but quality implants done in Thailand and in Myanmar. The situation necessitated investigating the identity and compatibility of the implants in place. Given international travel restrictions and expenses at the end of the pandemic such was neither easily accessible nor desirable. I presented myself to Dr Andersen. Willingly he researched international options and finally presented me with a boutique, quality and competitive solution . This week after a twelve month period from fitting the solution, both he , after a thorough examination and I expressed our meaningful satisfaction. He and his assistant Meg were professionally and personally exemplary and attentive throughout the refit implant "project". I would also recommend them to anyone based on their Technical / Medical expertise and commitment.

Fantastic experience: Root canals are notorious for being awful but mine wasn’t, thanks to Dr Anderson, Meg and Liz! They all did their bit to make my procedure as painless and stress-free as possible. Dr Anderson’s calm and reassuring approach eased my nerves and the efficiency of Meg and Liz went a long way to help me feel less anxious. Best part is that my toothache is gone, and I hardly felt a thing in the dentist chair! Thanks to a fabulous team!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from the whole team at Cambridge Dental. Dr. Anderson did a fantastic job through reassurance, picking up an issue with his eye for detail and getting me pain free. Great and passionate dentist with a great team that is well organised. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Dr Ros Peart and her team over the last six years or more, very professional and fantastic advice and referral received that I desperately needed and my previous dentist had missed. Awesome oral hygienist at the practice too. Well worth the cost as we often service are car but not ourselves! Good to put health first when possible.

Fantastic experience: I am a recent arrival in Cambridge and broke a Crown on a Molar. I approached two Dental Practices but could not obtain an appointment, then contacted Cambridge Dental Practice. First appointment was the following day, and then a week later the roots were removed. Was impressed with Ros's professional skills and her friendly manner. Recommend this Practice to any one for a good result.

Negative experience: This month 2 years ago, I received the most painful treatment of my life which was botched veneers done by Dr Ros Peart. She was extremely rough and misplaced the resin, curing it on the back of my teeth where it should never have gone. It is the single worse thing I have ever been through in my life, it has flipped my world upside down because everyday since I now have to endure life with constant sharp toothache (only on the teeth I had veneered here.) and constant jawache. I had another dentist see her work and told me there are 3 things wrong with the veneers. With too much pressure on my front teeth they are now fractured and have irreversible pulpitis and Tmj of the jaw. In Ros’s arrogance- to this day she has never said sorry, never admitted fault or did anything to correct her mistake. Ros completely butchered my front teeth. 1 of the tooth she veneered died and had to be extracted. I am prolonging getting my veneered front teeth extracted due to the pain, I am a Beauty Therapist with my own business, my image plays an integral role. I had no previous toothache or jawache and my teeth were all healthy prior. I am an easy going person thats kind nature got taken full advantage of, as soon as the mistake was made she swept it all under the carpet and didn’t want to know me. What happened to me is something you would see out of a Fair go episode honestly. I have spent over $4000 on corrective treatments, specialists, X-rays, doctors, dentures, etc.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Cambridge Dental Service. My son had an accident at school yesterday afternoon. It was dental emergency with serious dental condition which needs to be fixed urgently. I have tried different dental clinics in Cambridge and was told all fully booked. Only Liz from Cambridge Dental service asked about the reason. After she found out what happened, she tried her best to offer him an appt later afternoon. Sian the hygienist and Joyce the dentist were very nice and kind to my son. They carried out the fixation professionally. My son was so luckily to have them. We really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with Joyce Chieng at Cambridge Dental; had a root canal treatment this week. For twelve years Ros has "looked after my mouth" and I have great faith in her. To "move" to a new medical person is not easy but I can strongly recommend Joyce. She is professional, talented, friendly and accomplished. Do not be afraid to visit this dentist :)

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Cambridge Dental after not going to the dentist in over 10 year's. Joyce was amazing in her approach, passing no judgement and doing a thorough assessment. She reassured me and made me feel at ease. I then turned up for my clean with hygienist and Joyce had passed on a recipe that we'd discussed at my last visit. Sian (hygienist) was friendly and chatted while doing her job. I appreciated her explanation as she worked and again great service. Friendly and efficient team

Negative experience: I find it extremely concerning to read a number of reviews where patients have suffered pain and/or negative impacts after receiving dental care from Cambridge Dental Practice. To read that a patient has suffered chronic pain from a procedure and then not received a refund or given an apology is saddening. These patients are valued family members and friends to others. Sadly, I have witnessed a loved one experience unneccessary prolonged pain after dental treatment effects at Cambridge Dental Practice. The impact goes beyond the individual patient, it also impacts the family and friends of the client. I hope Ros is able to professionally take ownership and responsibility of apologising and refunding clients who have experienced this sort of treatment. Please carefully consider receiving treatment, individually and also for your loved ones.

Negative experience: My daughter has had the most horrific experience here and is still suffering 17months down the track. From a girl that never had any tooth or jaw problems up until getting veneers done by Ros.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of cambridge dental practice since 2007, with Rosalind as my dentist (Who is now our family dentist). During this time i could not fault their professional service, easy to book and amazing facilities. Thank you

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my experience here. I booked in for a clean only however the dentist took Xrays and then said she had to book a separate appointment for a clean since it was going to take too long. I ended up paying $180 for the exam and then quoted a separate charge for the clean (which I had to come back for) I was also lectured for not coming in for 6 monthly cleans which I did not appreciate being a very busy full time worker on a budget. Unfortunately I did not receive the service I wanted after everything and will not be returning as a customer.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ros for a dental emergency in 2018 and found her to be genuine, kind and very professional. Earlier this year I saw Graham for a check up and my opinion of this practice has not changed, he instilled further confidence in my decision to return. The extended team are all wonderful, I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. Looking forward to getting some work done, still waiting to get time off to come in.

Fantastic experience: Cambridge Dental Practice was recommended to me by my partner. At the end of 2018 I had my first visit with Roz and was pleasantly surprised by the time she spent examining my teeth and photographing them. Next she sat down and explained in detail what was happening inside my mouth! The photographs highlighted her explanations clearly and gave me a greater understanding of my dental hygiene and future dental needs. Since this time I have had two appointments with the dental hygienist, one of the best dental hygienists I have ever encountered! All the staff are friendly, professional and supportive.

Negative experience: I have been watching this review page for a while after receiving very poor customer service from this practice. I have noticed a trend...whenever there is a bad review it is promptly followed by a couple of shining reviews. If you sort reviews by newest first this will become very obvious. It seems a lot more effort is being spent on managing their google score than actually managing their customer service, which is the starting point of their rating problem! And for the record, I addressed my concerns directly with them, and left with an unsatisfactory conclusion.

Fantastic experience: I have known Roz since 1987 when I was specialising as a prosthodontist, she is my dentist and has done a large amount of work in my mouth. I trust her implicitly to "do the right thing". In addition I Work in the practice doing preparatory surgery for advanced cases. I am in the unique position to say that I have no hesitation in recommending Roz to anyone who is looking for quality dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, an awesome dentist. Honest, masses of integrity, tells it how it is - which to be fair makes you look after your teeth better - it's obvious she really does care about your health as a fellow human being. My brother in law is a dentist and I know what training and professionalism dentists have to go through; they earn every cent. If you don't believe me go ask your neighbor to pull your tooth out and see how that works out......Highly recommend Dr Peart.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient of Ros’ for 13 years I can highly recommend her. During this time I have had a number of dental issues that she has always treated with the utmost professionalism and care. I appreciated her always giving me all the options for treatment at the time so I can make an informed decision. Considering I am not a medical person, I have learnt over the years to trust Ros’ recommendations and I am pleased to say that due to the quality of her work I have had no issues for the last 3 years. My last checkup, a month ago, was quick and easy with no work required as despite me being older, my dental health is much improved due to her professional treatment. Thank you Ros.

Negative experience: Not the best experience! was made to feel very uncomfortable as if i was an inconvenience and Dr Peart had a very strong wine breath for a lunch time appointment! Avoid.
