Fantastic experience: I recently required dental treatment and was extremely apprehensive about the experience. Not only do I generally find dental visits quite daunting, but I was also in considerable pain. Dr. Rey provided truly outstanding care. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism while also being exceptionally attuned to my anxiety. He handled the entire interaction with patience and empathy not only in his communication but also in the procedure itself. His calm and reassuring manner put me at ease, and made a stressful situation far more manageable than I had expected. I am sincerely grateful for the way Dr. Rey approached my care, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: Got a molar pulled by Rey (Last tooth before the top wisdom). I hadn't been to the chop shop since I was around 12 or 13 and he made everything so quick, painless and easy to understand, I was in and out within and 1 and 1/2 hour and no pain or problems afterwards. Janine at the front desk was also absolutely amazing, friendly and also did an amazing job at getting me in and sorted ASAP. Top service, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful dentist. Very professional and caring. The entire team makes you feel like family. Doctor Ray fixed my partial denture and shaved my tooth as well as extracting my husband’s tooth. He explained in detail the entire process and continued to make sure we were ok. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone of any age even anxious patients.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the Dentist in over 5+ years so was feeling very anxious and nervous but had the best experience getting a check-up and wisdom tooth extracted today by Dr Rey and his team. He made me feel at ease, explained everything very clearly, kept checking on me and best of all I didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much for making this experience non-traumatic!! Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. Wendy the reception was fantastic, she even held my hand while I got the injection as i was alone and very nervous just so caring. Dr vismal was amazing and his assistant. Would definitely recommend. They also offer afterpay and their prices are pretty good.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the most incredible experience with Dr, Rey Jan, and i am compelled to share how truly exceptional he is. From the moment i stepped into his office, i was treated with the greatest kindness and care, unlike anything i have ever experienced before with a dentist. I was in excruciating pain and desperate for help. We called Tuakau Dental care just 10 minutes after closing time, and to my immense relief, he graciously agreed to stay an hour later to assist me. This act of kindness and dedication was beyond anything i could have expected. Dr Rey Jans approach was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. He took the time to understand my pain and provided immediate relief, ensuring that i felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. His genuine concern for my well being was evident in every interaction, and it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. I am immensely grateful for Dr Rey Jans exceptional service and dedication. He went above and beyond to help me in a moment of need, and his kindess and expertise have made a lasting impression. Fantastic experience: Editing my 1 star review. From whence I made review to now April 2024 there have been clear improvements. Totally forgot about my earlier review. Needed urgent care. Phone was answered by a friendly person & were able to fit me in next morning. Dentist who attended A grade. It was a triage appt. No judge on state of my teeth. Utterly directed, focused, professional and clear in dental status and expected cost. Not pushy or upselling. Politely perfunctory. Wordlessly wrote a script for the raging infection in my broken tooth. Appreciated the next day follow up call. And did I mention their tech, equipment and comfy af chair are cutting edge. Sold and switching. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've had problem teeth for 19yrs, always got close to sorting them then something would pop up financially or something would happen with my kids/family deterring me from doing them, FINALLY, I'm getting them sorted!!! And I couldn't be more comfortable or happy with the service & treatment from our Tuakau Dentists!!! BEST DECISION EVER!!! They are amazing, make me feel like I'm at home Getting full top teeth extractions and dentures, my Dentist and team are gentle, caring and patient!!!! Best of all, non-judgemental, including Vanessa the receptionist!!! I still have a few more sessions and have no concerns what so ever... Never going to forget this experience

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend enough, this amazing service provided to my young daughter recently when she had two teeth pulled for her braces. The team went out of their way to be as kind and compassionate as humanly possible. They stayed late to accomodate us, communicated clearly and were throughly professional every step of the way. My daughter was listened too and accommodated. She had almost zero pain during and after this procedure Thank you, thank you, thank you. The Muir family.

Fantastic experience: Went to this dentist for a horizontal wisdom tooth removal, loved the dentist, the counter lady and assistant. Very clean and hygienic. I was so scared but the assistant lady would always check to see if I’m okay. healed well and also came back and they took my left over stitch out for me. Thanks Tuakau Dentist

Fantastic experience: The team here are absolutely faultless. Janine at the front desk has the most warm and welcoming energy, genuinely caring about every person who walks or phones in. Have had so many bad experiences with dentists previously, leaving me anxious to start getting treatment now, but I’m always made to feel totally safe, no judgement, always surprised with how little pain! Vimal and team so gentle and caring, I know I’m in the best hands. Can’t thank them enough. So glad my local dentist is so wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I came here in 2012 and they were AMAZING!! My sister broke a tooth yesterday and I went to every dentist in Pukekohe, rang every dentist in Papakura and Botany Downs but to no avail, all fully booked and most did not accommodate a 14 year old. Rang the dentist in Tuakau, explained my sister’s situation and despite them being fully booked they went above and beyond to see her and see what they could do!! So grateful! It saved me so much time and gas as I really didn’t want to be driving during peak hour traffic! Such an amazing and awesome team! very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much guys! I really appreciate it definitely recommend this place

Fantastic experience: As a traveller, organizing medical appointments can be complicated but Tuakau Dental took me in quickly and made the process easy. Aside from their accessibility, everyone was incredibly personable and friendly. I don’t usually leave google reviews but I sincerely felt as though Dr. Vimal and his team deserve it. If I lived in the area, I’d make them my primary dentist. Thank you for fixing my tooth! :)
