Fantastic experience: Margret Clark is an amazing dentist. I have suffered with severe dental anxiety and a phobia of needles my entire life. As a result I avoided the dentist for twenty years. My first appointment was different to any I had had before. Knowing I was anxious Kieran had soothing music playing and put me at ease with her kind words of encouragement the moment I arrived. When I got in the chair Dr Margaret was incredibly gentle and empathetic, while being very thorough. She communicated with me clearly throughout letting me know what she was doing. Afterwards I was presented with a comprehensive plan of what work I needed (extensive) and my options. They were all explained with pros and cons different prices and expected outcomes. At no point did I ever feel pressured or persuaded to go one way or another. Except for the fact I needed to take action after such a long time if I wanted to avoid toothaches and more invasive procedures. I opted for a plan including multiple crowns, restorations and a wisdom tooth extraction to top it off. When it came to getting the work done this practice was special as you have the whole place to yourself and crowns are made right there and then saving you extra appointments and more importantly more needles. Dr Clark put me at ease with her relaxed and caring chairside manner. Numbing gel was applied first and the needles were (no exaggeration) painless. Over the following 5 weeks I had all my work completed and overcame my fear of needles and dentistry in the process. Dentistry is not fun for anyone but Dr Clark with keiren assisting and the practices modern up to date equipment make having work done as quick and comfortable as it can be. After every appointment I was contacted to make sure I was feeling ok and if there were any problems another nice touch. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr Clark it has been a life changing experience for me. Needless to say I recommend Dr Clark at Novo smiles very highly. If your terrified of the dentist see Dr Clark and kieran they will get you through it. Incredibly thankful ,ill be back soon for my check up.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, Margaret Clark is an amazing dentist, she’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent service. Mum got a Scale and Polish ($110) done and a Glass Ionmer Restoration ($210). We have booked to come back and will be changing to this dental clinic for all our dental needs moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Novo Smiles provided first class care before and after. I had crowns made with the latest technology - they were printed while I waited. The dentist Caylee explained the procedure and kept me informed throughout. She was so careful with the injections I did not feel a thing. This after going to the dentist for 60 years! They telephoned after the procedure to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended. And my crowns are ace.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my positive experiences with Novo Smiles. I recently had a filling that needed fixing as it had been fixed a month before and had come loose. I was overwhelmingly surprised when I went to pay that there was no charge. I didn't expect that at all and I left with a smile on my face (although wonky from the injection)! I highly recommend their services - every time I've been I've had a positive experience. Margaret has always explained every step of the procedure before starting and I have complete trust in their workmanship. Bravo.

Supported by Kiran, they took into account my past trauma and worked perfectly to keep me calm and secure. This team love their craft and you can tell it is authentic in the way the communicate. Fantastic experience: After breaking a premolar, I rang Novo Smiles on a Friday, and got an appointment on Saturday, ( Novo smiles had taken over my previous dentists surgery practice ). The remains of my tooth was examined given a temporary filling, and then a crown was put in the week after. They did the crown in the surgery while I waited which is a huge bonus. I have already made an appointment with them for a check up. Fully recommend people in Wellington to give them a try. Thanks again to Margaret and staff.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing different hygienists for 20 years or more with my gum disease (every three months) with no significant improvement, despite my doing everything suggested. Novo changed all that! Also, as the hygienists are dentists as well, many of my potential future teeth problems have been rectified. My gums are on the up (so to speak). Before Novo I thought I should just have all my teeth out! I'm impressed with their friendly, non-judgmental and helpful service.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I know feels at least a little tense as we arrive at our dentist surgery and indeed many feel unable to continue inside! Novo Smiles have this incredible and welcoming atmosphere with staff that I guarantee will put you at complete ease and this continues on with the Dentist too. professional, warm, friendly and welcoming. Indeed you’ll soon feel so relaxed and won’t believe it when your rising from the chair and saying good bye like you’re best buddies. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Novo Smiles for your total and professional dental care.

Fantastic experience: Would leave 6 stars if I could. The team were incredibly helpful, I chipped a tooth 5:30pm Friday night and they were kind enough to schedule me for 8am Monday morning before their usual opening time, all done and dusted by 9am, and I had Netflix to watch while they drilled. Have already booked a second appt for a clean, very happy with the job and extremely happy with the service received, thanks so much team, A++

Fantastic experience: Having seen the previous dentist virtually all my adult life, visiting the new practice, which had taken over, became a thoroughly pleasant visit. Dentist appointments can be stressful for many reasons. The staff here put me at ease, explained clearly what would happen, were open to questions. For someone who loves technology in the workplace their set up meant we, as patients, receive the best possible care and diagnostics. Very happy to recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience with NovoSmiles! Had done a RootCanal. Dr. Margaret has very gentle hands, can’t feel anything on my tooth. Appointments were very flexible. They fit in to my roster. Kiran, was very good with following up patients. 5/5 Stars for me! Would recommend to anyone especially with “fear of dentists” as Dr. Margaret will make you feel comfortable while doing your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient, and everyone in the clinic was so professional. Akash is really knowledgeable and very informative. The entire clinic was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Akash really loves what he does. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. Positive experience: I never give a top score when I do reviews (which is seldom) so the four stars I've given is the "Tops" as far as I'm concerned! Yes, Nova Smiles in Wellington almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist!
