Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction and previously I had had horrible experiences with dentists being too ruff and it being a painful experience. I felt no pain was communicated to very well and left my appointment feeling way more confident about going to the dentist in the future

Fantastic experience: Victoria, the receptionist is very kind and extra helpful. She made sure to double check if I can get an appointment ( I had a minor dental emergency procedure) , and I need to do it within the day. I am a new patient and I called more than 10X dental clinic in Hawkes Bay and everything is fullly booked. . However, Victoria managed to provide me a slot since my case is minor and Marcus, is the most gentle, kind, and detailed dentist ever. His hand is very light and he does magic to my tooth. He explained everything and provide long term solution to my problem. Thats a great dentist right? They will not only do the procedure but educate you the “why” and advise that will solve the problem. Im so grateful and thankful for this clinic. They are the only one who said Yes to my case, I will highly recommened them as they show genuine care and kindness to their patients. They are not in a rush and will take time to understand your case and talk to you nicely. This is extra mile kind of customer service, well done!

Fantastic experience: After years and years of being absolutely terrified, coming to Smile Centre has changed my mind altogether about the “dentist”. Had a painful toothache an got seen 4 days later (would of been quicker but it was Easter weekend) everywhere else I looked I had to wait ages. Then being pregnant and needing multiple appts for treatments I was made comfortable, happy and important. My experience with Martin and the nurse assistant sorry I forgot her name ‍♀️ Was amazing and I recommend to everyone needing to get teeth done to come here. Thank use sooo much, my mouth has never felt better. Also every treatment was done pain free Even recovery time was quick and easy

Negative experience: Appointment cancelled at last minute which is cool i get that dentists get sick too but the manner of the receptionist by the name of Sharon absolutely RUDE !

Negative experience: Was booked in to have an emergency tooth extracted, I had to wait 10 days for emergency appmnt !! Then on the day this was meant to happen, surgery rang to re-arrange appmnt due to dentist accident. Advised next emergency appmnt wud be another 10 days time !! Seriously is that good customer service ?? Surely a locum cud have been called to perform the work ? Very disappointed with service, I have found another clinic who could help me within 2 days. Not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist for a while and not a big fan of going to the dentist, but right from the time I walked through the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The dentist, Lucy, was very professional and did a great job. The prices were quite reasonable to.

Negative experience: Lacking customer service skills. Waited in line to be served. Half way through new sign up. Patient walks out the door. I'm asked to sit down and wait while they are processed. What?

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of going to the dentist, but they were so nice and friendly. A very professional service thank you I would recommend them.

Positive experience: The procedure was well done and thanks for giving me the same day appointment. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they told me that the cost will roughly 2 hundred something ,they did an xray which I thought was part of the cost I was not told that I would have to pay extra for that. I paid an extra 140 for xray therefore the total of 320. I even told them I was there for a tooth extraction so I didn't see any point for their xray. I think it would be really great if the cost of every procedure is discussed with the patients which enables them to decide if they will get it done.
