Negative experience: First visit to a dentist in three years. Went in for consultation, happy the dentist could squeeze in time to do a filling . However, communication was rushed. Compared to my previous dentists, who would ask about level of discomfort and explain the process thorougly. When the dentist was drilling my tooth, i felt major discomfort. No discussion before hand about taking a pause, or a safe signal. i didnt know how to say stop so just motioned my hands and she stopped. Had one of the tools fall on my front teeth thank goodness for anesthesia. Later in the process the dentist instructed me to "tap tap tap". I have no idea what action was required but she later said to "bite down" which i feel wouldve been best to say first. After the process, not much after care info besides don't eat within 2 hours. I had to look on google for more info. It's been a month, the filling cost me $340 and I won't be returning here, as this was not my best experience with dental services.

My sincere apologies for not making you feel comfortable enough during your recent visit and thank you for your critic of the visit, I will definitely take all you have said into consideration. Like i mentioned you will receive a month follow up text to see how the filling is doing and then a 6 week follow up text. One of our staff will stay in contact with you. I'm glad that the filling is settling well but please, in the mean time, if you have any concerns just call or visit.
Negative experience: A few years back one of three Dentist was looking at somonelse dental records and drilled a tooth mine that had no problem with it the back tooth even tho he was only meant to be capping my front tooth he said to me to come back when it's painful and we'll do it for free I went back there last week and now they are trying to charge me $350.00 to remove my tooth that they messed up in the first place im very upset that they are charing me for their mistake unreliable
Good morning Temana. We have been trying to contact you over the last week to discuss X-rays. We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. We wish we could do more to help, however, after reviewing your records and as discussed in person, our records show that you visited our clinic back in 2017 and the dentist that treated you has now retired. In reviewing our records from notes and X-rays, the tooth that is causing you problems at the the moment is a wisdom tooth that was not present in your mouth back in 2017 because of your age at the time.. The problematic tooth that you are wanting to treat has no relation to the treatment completed in 2017 and X-rays show that it had not erupted into your mouth. You asked for a Winz quote and we were happy to oblige along with a script for pain relief. Please contact us if you need to discuss any treatment /X-rays. Please be subjective and fair with your reviews in the future

Negative experience: Be careful for the fake reviews on here guys. Its so obvious lol. I do not recommend this dentist. They are the worse dentist I have come across. I will never ever come here again.

We have tried to contact you several times to apologize in person and discuss what went wrong and for whatever experience you may have gone through but you have ignored our calls and hanged up when the clinician was introducing herself to you. Please do not belittle the kind reviews of other patients, you are in no position to comment on their experiences or reviews. You deleted your first review that commented on how the treatment went well and finished smoothly. The treatment provided to you was very straightforward and quick because you were very relaxed and we worked well as a team. My advise to you is that next time please be vocal with your concerns to any procedure provided before proceeding so that the clinician is aware of your concerns. Please do not put someone in this position where they have to defend themselves and apologize without actually knowing why. Have a good day and the team at Mangere dental wish you all the best.
Fantastic experience: I went for my annual check up and clean, the team were very welcoming. Dr Dee did an exceptional job. She thoroughly explained my oral hygiene concerns and executed the recommendation accordingly. I highly recommend this clinic, reasonable prices, friendly environment, and Dr Dee went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Dee yesterday for a removal of one of my wisdom teeth. I was very anxious about the procedure however Dr. Dee explained everything so I would understand and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The extraction was done flawlessly and I was amazed at how painless and quick it was. I would highly recommend Dee she is a magician with extractions!!

Fantastic experience: My last experience at the dentist (smile dental) was traumatic. It took 6 hours and 4 doctors to extract one wisdom tooth. I was in pain for months!! On Monday I went to see Dr Da’ad to remove my final wisdom tooth I told her about my previous experience and that my anxiety levels were high. Dr D was soo nurturing that when it came to the extraction it literally took her less than 4 mins!!! I didnt feel a thing, she even told me that she usually does it quicker!!! If you’re reading my review in search for a dentist then please take my word when I say Dr Da’ad is THE BEST! She is professional, dedicated and will ensure your experience is of comfort and high quality! THANK YOU DR DA’AD!!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys are fantastic to deal with, I went in on the day of level 4 starting and they fit me in, did a deep deep filling and fixed the pain I was in. I didn't feel a thing throughout the entire process and went back 3 weeks later for another filling and again the dentist was amazing. If you are looking for a dentist in the area I highly recommend these guys!
