Fantastic experience: I had been seeing a dentist in Queenstown for some time but hadn't been happy with them but with my fear of dentists, I didn't want to change ie it's better the devil you know...etc. However we finally did make a booking with Dr Ania Simonow (after doing some research as to who was good in town). In fact my husband booked appointments for us both. So glad he did! Ania is amazing. She managed my 'dental phobia' so well and put me at ease. She gave us a thorough dental check-up which unearthed some issues we'd not been aware of. They could do x-rays in parts of our gum our previous dentist couldn't do. She also provided some very helpful tips to improve our dental hygiene procedure that have already made a difference. I've seen her twice so far and so happy I made the change. The new premises in Cromwell are also a delight - big, airy, light and spacious rooms that feel inviting...if you could ever think a dentist office was inviting!! :) Chris on Reception has been amazing as well. Such a positive experience and so pleased I made the change. Thanks Dr Ania! You're a gem!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Chibnall! I’m visiting from out of town and was having some sensitivity. Easy to make an appointment and she did a thorough exam. Had to get two fillings done and they were able to fit me in before the end of my trip. Definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the short-term appointment. On January 21st we went there early at 8:30 a.m. and it was my turn at 2:30 p.m. I broke a piece of my tooth and Dr. Wilson and team did a very good job. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Cromwell for 20 years I have recently changed back to Cromwell Practise because if their radio advertisement that mentioned their non-invasive techniques What I found has exceeded my expectations and more This group of ladies have not only made experience in the dentist chair better than I expected but they have treated me with much care Every person from Annabelle the hygienist, to Anya the dentist to the dental nurses and receptionists have been exceptional in every possible way I never thought a route canal to a visit to the hygienist would be a relaxing experience.. I have had two parts of the route canal, to a filling and a clean in one month If it wasn’t for the noise of the drill, I would have fallen asleep… I kid you not. My words to Anya and Claire was, I would rather have a route canal than have my legs waxed. Thankyou Cromwell Dentist for taking care of me and my chompers Love your Work Ladies… get my vote I am renaming you.. My Dental Well Being Team

They were always professional, polite, and most importantly, did an amazing job from assisting me with my appointments for dental cleaning up to the point where I needed to have a root canal procedure! Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental experience with Catherine and the team at Cromwell Dental Centre. Multiple pre denture extractions and fillings with no pain or bruising afterward. Partial dentures constructed and fitted and a fantastic follow up with the hygenist to finish. Great consultation throughout and sensible and considered options provided. As someone with a Dental phobia I cant recommend Catherine and her team more highly.
