Fantastic experience: Simply the best! Dylan has been working his magic for over 15 years and continues to be amazing at his craft! I never thought I’d do a review about a dentist but here I am…. Telling NZ how amazing he is lol He’s kind, professional, and nothing hurts!

Fantastic experience: With Dr Dorothy, you know that you’re in safe and very competent hands. She makes a visit to the dentist pleasant with her gentle, calm and professional approach. We had to bring our daughter in recently and she made her feel safe, kept her informed of the process by explaining the procedure as she was carrying it out. I would highly recommend Dr Dorothy to others.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Aevitas Dentistry. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Dorothy was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which gave me confidence in their care. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how gentle they were during the treatment. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring dental team, I highly recommend the place.

Negative experience: I was recommended by friend and went there around 2015-16 for the first consultation for my first son’s orthodontics. An Asian doctor had a quick look and he said it’s too early for my son to have an orthodontics so come back in 1-2 years time. We went back there in 1-2 years time as we were advised. That time, a X-ray was taken and the same Asian doctor said to go somewhere else! Because it’s too complicated/ difficult for them to treat my son’s teeth even if they say “Orthodontist “!!! So disappointing and unbelievable!!!!! The receptionist was ok but I was still forced to pay the consultation fees of $100 plus or less, I can’t remember now. I wasn’t strong enough to say “No” to pay such a lot of money for nothing. I told it to my sons general dentist about it and the doctor said “Some Orthodontist, even if it says “Orthodentist “ but can’t do the job if teeth are too complicated but it’s too hard to say which one is good and which one is not good.” Please add “We can’t do some cases for Orthodontics if your kid teeth are too complicated” in your websites, otherwise, SO unfair. I found another good Orthodentist in Mt Roskill afterwards and my two sons had a good treatment there over for 5 years. I am very pleased about their high quality skill and services.

Negative experience: I am seeking to take action against iligitimate changes for lack of full disclosure for services for which I was not informed. A 45 minute appt ended up costing $485.00. All individuals whom I told were agast. I am seeking recourse from various sources might be a letter to several newspapers. This is a first from Aevitas. For years I was very pleased with services given after full disclosure.

Fantastic experience: Dylan and the team at Aevitas have been wonderful to me. They were welcoming and organised and achieved great results for me. It was easy to organise appointments and I always got a parking space in their car park. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Edit ** recommend people check Prices for everything before, not just assume, blame falls on you darling! It’s a service, there are fees for everything and what I have experienced the prices are relatively reasonable in comparison to other places ** I loveee this clinic!!! I have followed Dr Dorothy as my dentist since 2020? when I was 21. I had been in accident and became insecure about my smile and with Dr Dorothys help I've regained my confidence. I've had braces, root canal and veneers, all by Dr Dorothy. How many years later, she is still helping me with treatments. Lovely staff from receptionist, nurse - everyone is so welcoming, did see the other dentist greeting their patients. Overall a wonderful team and I will be recommending!!!!

Fantastic experience: Read the reviews, especially the negatives - they were stupid. Costs discussed upfront, at least with me, no surprises. Got 2 fillings, in and out in 30 minutes, cost as discussed, no pain, no problems. On the other hand, I initially went to Dental Artistry, 2 blocks away, and they insisted in upselling me by $1300 (replacing existing fillings) and would not discuss less. I'm a student, my US dentist had the same opinion as Dylan - replace the cracked filling, the others can be replaced when they deteriorate. I didn't tell him that, he figured it out for himself. Super friendly staff as well. I can't explain the negative reviews. Not my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dylan is an honest and friendly dentist, never feel like you are being ripped off like a lot I have been too. All the front of house staff are lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend

Negative experience: That was 15 min procedure to glue the crown back to mt tooth and my friend done it at Aevitas for $98. I asked Aevitas before my procedure to make sure the fee would be around $98 and they said"Yes, It wouldn't be too much" The invoice for me was about $300. I don't recommend going there.
