Fantastic experience: Tooth extraction, never a pleasant experience; but Just Teeth certainly succeeded in providing a totally professional, welcoming and, almost, pain free dental visit. Many thanks, David, especially the follow up call the next morning. Thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Christchurch. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. You get good advice and great help that I feel I can trust. David does an amazing job and is super professional. Sadly I usually walk in with tooth ache but I always leave without it and feeling better about my teeth so thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in town. I am a student and David's advice was to come back when I was qualified and working for some work that is not urgent. I felt like I wasn't being pressured to have the work done on the spot as I have felt at other dentists. He is always super real with what actually needs doing and the best advice, whereas other dentists I know are pushy. He was honest about the cost of everything and even told me where is best to get a discount on an electric toothbrush! Really appreciate the casual conversation and how it eases dentist anxiety. Lovely staff all around - including the cat!

Fantastic experience: Raymond is definitely the best dentist ever and I would thoroughly recommend. He makes me feel at ease as possible because I am terrified but he is just awesome and so patient. The receptionist is excellent also and always so friendly and cheerful and provides great service. Look no further if you are after the best dental team in Christchurch A+++++

Fantastic experience: Have been a client here for several years now after terrible experiences at school dentists and other dentists in Christchurch, going to Just Teeth is great. David is the consummate professional and leaves me free of any anxiety when it comes time for my appointments. When I needed a lot of work done a couple of years ago they worked out an easy plan and what could have been a “traumatic” experience for any nervous person was anything but! Patrina is a hoot and I can always have a laugh with her when I am nervous beforehand and after too!

The equipment and skills were fantastic, the pain and bills were minimal. Im Very impressed and can recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: Although most people (including myself) dread going to the dentist Raymond is an excellent Dentist. He is very friendly, soft spoken and always smiles and seems to remember things about me despite the many years between my visits. His work is satisfying and professional. I would recommend coming here if you want a very user friendly and professional dentist experience.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for a couple of years I rang up the closest one to me, Just Teeth, they fitted me in really quickly thanks to a cancellation and I found both the receptionist and Raymond excellent. Will definitely return to Just Teeth in a years time. (I also thought the cost was okay - for a dentist that is)

David gave great advice and easily put my mind at ease. This is my first visit but i have no hesitation on returning again for follow up treatment and setting up an on going plan.

Fantastic experience: Raymond is an excellent dentist. I have been going to him for 22 years. He is so good that you may have to wait a while to get an appointment but I can promise that you will be very satisfied with his work.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, we have been going now for 13 years, and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. From the moment you step in, Patrinas beautiful smiling face greets you and makes you feel so comfortable. Raymond is a dentist beyond your expectations, fully informs you as to what he is doing, and always makes you feel at ease. Negative experience: Read previous comments, and I couldn't agree more with the reviews regarding the receptionist... And, to be honest, I am surprised she is STILL allowed to work there without changing her attitude at all.... We've been a regular since 2009 (as the actual dentist there is great and lovely, and if it weren't for that, we would've stopped going). The receptionist is SO rude. Every time we need to deal with her to book an appointment (or other administrative matters), you can hear the impatience oozing through the phone - it's as if you're asking her the world's biggest favour ... She called our home phone one day as my partner had his yearly appointment due. But when I informed her he wasn't home and asked if it would be ok to take a message instead, she started talking in a way as if we owed them a large debt or something... I can always almost visualise her eye roll at me from her very condescending tone when I make ANY inquiries about any procedures related to visits... Sorry, but got to give this place a 1 for her attitude...

Fantastic experience: These guys have been our family dentists for years and they look after us well. I appreciate that they call to check up on us if we have forgotten to visit in a while. Not the cheapest place in town, but great people.

Fantastic experience: No probs, always accommodating, been my personal dentist for many years, saved my teeth wish they could have done the same with my hair!

Negative experience: The receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Couldn't believe the way she addresses and speaks to clients who call to book an appointment. I cancelled my appointment and went to Lumino instead. If you want unprofessional service, this is the place to go.

Positive experience: Always very impressed by Raymond's 'as near painless as possible' dentistry. He makes it very clear what is involved before he starts and ensures that everything feels comfortable and polished once it's over.

Negative experience: Appalling receptionist of otherwise a good clinic. Has been patient of the practice for years. Rang up yesterday for a problematic tooth and wanted to have it checked out. The receptionist, Sarah, very rudely said that the tooth had to be extracted and there is no way to save it. I was appalled. Since she was NOT a dentist nor had any education in dentistry, who was she to make a diagnosis. This I find is a breach of professionalism at the practice. Not going back there!!
