Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, they did a really great job for me. One hygienist who assessed me caught a cavity that was very tiny and subtle on the outside, but was large on the inside of the tooth. Because of her I was able to get it seen to ASAP and did not have to have a root canal. Cannot recommend these people enough.

Negative experience: **READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO IN** I have had 2 different extractions at the Lincoln road Lumino practice. The first one I never got a check up call (normal thing I have had from every dentist I have gone to, specifically after extractions) and got dry socket and had to seek help (antibiotics and pain killers) from the emergency GP (dentist closed on the weekend). The second extraction was (surgical) and this was the most horrible experience I have ever gone through due to the lack of professionalism. The dentist didn't even apply numbing cream before injecting me multiple times with the heaviest hands I have ever felt as he didn't take his time and gently inject..(this procedure was not professional at all as I felt all my other teeth get knocked by the metal tools while stitching my gum up) that can cause damage to the rest of my teeth...? and I have had many extractions before as well as a surgical one from different dentists. I was already scared of the procedure (normal thing) and I have met a lot of dentists and they have been really kind and helped me calm down while I am on the chair but this dentist was very tough verbally and physically and he seemed in a hurry? I paid for this (prepaid in fact). There was no need for him to treat me with such a cold attitude and carelessness (dental practices have a gentle kind approach with their patients) I am completely traumatized as this was not professional at all, he just sat and looked at me and said nothing while I was scared before he started? He made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy but I felt like I had to go ahead with this with the pressure of him looking at me and not saying anything and I had already been injected and signed everything. I have put trust and money in your practice to help me not treat me poorly and then traumatize me for life, I don't think I can ever go back to a dentist. This was more like torture then a treatment that I willingly paid for not knowing this was how I was going to be treated. Grateful to have had a kind assistant holding my hand, she was great and actually cared.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service here at Lumino Henderson. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hygienists always do a great a job with me. They're very thorough in cleaning and are light handed. I always go here for my dental needs cause I have dental plan that they do. I highly recommend it as includes a dental check up and cleaning every 6 months. I don't have to think about it as I get booked in and payment is on auto-debit but it's well worth it.

I was a bit anxious about the root canal but the staff and the dentist were very welcoming which made me feel at ease.I was impressed with the skill and precision of the dentist.I was comfortable throughout the procedure with just very minimal discomfort, the procedure was completed efficiently. The aftercare instructions were also clear and I felt the clinic's commitment to patient care.The clinic was also clean and organized.Highly recommended.

I can trust that the fillings will last a long time, and products are sound quality, his advice is honest and to the point. Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental practice . What I thought would take at least 2 hours for fillings and extractions, took about an hour. Thank you Dr Zoran and also to hygienist, Maridel. Was nervous at the start but Dr. Zoran and his lovely dental assistant did an amazing job. I am so pleased I took my friends advice to see you. All the staff are friendly and deliver great customer service. This practice exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Confident that Lumino Henderson has good ethical practices. Unlike other dental practices that are motivated by money Lumino instead see all patients regardless of fees they can charge and this should be applauded. Lumino should be compensated for doing the right thing in my opinion because others would rather revenue gather. I wholeheartedly hope Lumino continue to be prosperous into the future and hope they continue to keep trading with such high regard for ethics and wellbeing for their patients. 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Took my mum in for full extraction and full dentures. Was given a quote and timeline on appointments to get this all sorted. Only after they extracted her teeth and charged $4500 did they then tell us to find someone else to do her dentures because their technician was about to retire. This information was conveniently not disclosed at the beginning of the process - knowing I would have taken her elsewhere for the sake of convenience. Greedy practice.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dentist, trying to cancel a payment plan since September last year and they are unable to help. Keep sending me through hoops and advising i need to do this, that and the other. Would not recommend them. Especially when you don't see the same dentist, to get the same continued care.

Fantastic experience: My life long fear of the dentist...... Gone! Thanks to Dr Zoran and hygienist Maridel. Had a bad experience with Smile Dental in Henderson so decided to try Lumino. I am so glad I did! This dental office is beyond amazing! The entire staff are super friendly and professional. Booked in for professional cleaning with the hygenist Maridel. She was absolutely awesome. So professional, kind, gentle and aware of your comfort as she works. Made the experience of getting your teeth cleaned much more comfortable. Dr Zoran was also amazing. In fact, the best dentist I have ever been to. So patient, informative, caring and professional. He made me feel comfortable, calm and confident during my tooth extraction. I always dread the thought of going to the dentist, but I left with a smile asking myself...why didn't I come in sooner!

Positive experience: My old crown was causing me chronic pain and it's an ongoing issue. Dr Zoran suggested a very cost effective way resolving it and he did a great job removing the old crown and added a new crown that works much better. I was impressed by his quick yet perfect job. However my second crown didn't go as well. The dark color of the original tooth came through the new crown. That would be why the old crown had a metal layer covering it up. It would be nice if Dr Zoran could show me the new color at the first visit when he picked the color and explained to me why the old crown had a metal layer (I did ask him but he said it's just what it is). He only showed me the color of the new crow when I came back after a week to put it on. I was literally on the chair and had temporary tooth already removed. How could I say no?? For this reason, I"m changing my rating from 5 stars to 3.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful caring practice Everybody who works here has the patient’s best interest to the forefront. I’m phobic about dental treatment but have happily been going here for a few years now. I just can’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: A very good dentist.

Negative experience: They waited three weeks to send my forms off to acc when it should have been sent that day. It took acc two days to accept everything, meaning those 19 days were wasted cos they simply didn't send the form. Can't fix tooth till next year now. If I had all forms completed in an acceptable time frame, I'd have my tooth fixed by now. Facts, they can't answer a single question when querying this. Chose to ignore it and tell me to call back when I need an apt.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a better service. Managed to completely rebuild a snapped tooth in no time at all, worked hard to fit me in and did it all painlessly. Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Very professional services. My dentist was clear in explaining the situation and suggest proper treatment. The receptionist was also polite and patient unlike other places. Got a soon enough appointment too. Also they are open after hours on some days which makes it great for working people.
