Negative experience: Came to clinic last time for my friend and the Dr. Ben Ng had some serious unusual problems with us, after receiving the doctors notes. Some of the notes he mentioned were so unnecessary and pointless. Despite we tried to be there for my friend and were very respectful when they were doing their examinations on my friend, I feel after seeing those notes I might actually have reconsider coming back at your clinic. I need to ask you guys on do we pay the clinic to help fix our tooth or to give unnecessary comments on who I came with and what we did? Do your job Dr. Ben. Also, if i asked you a question again which I did only once if you have problem with it then I guess being Doctor isn't the right fit for you.

Negative experience: All the staff are nice people except the gatekeeper who runs the reception worst experience with a dentist so far I have never met someone so rude and just plain arrogant

Fantastic experience: Hi there. Must commend you, it was an excellent experience. The process felt so light. Very friendly and warm dentist. Talked through the process - great. Your great ideas: 1. Show patient teeth via mirror. 2. The rubber support (keeping mouth open) worked very well! 3. Follow up the next day - personal text - I appreciate the care. The dentist worked very gentle. Very different to male dentists. Ha, ha. Small nimble female hands. Quote was given before work commenced. Great! Extra work - smoothing the filling of a second tooth, at no charge- made the visit very sweet. $ 310 was reasonable for re- doing the entire filling. Recommendation to replace filling completely was on the money. Overall, in business terms "I am your client!" Thanks. My mouth and tooth feel very good today. Regards. William Van Zyl

Positive experience: My initial appointment in 2022 good where they recommended my following years appointment be made. Upon arriving for my 2023 appointment I was advised I had no appointment and they could not accommodate me despite an hour drive from home. I rebooked in October for an annual check and clean to arrive and be advised they had only booked the annual check. Administration is poor. I insisted on annual check and clean and they made it work, but if I hadn’t insisted it was far too easy to say they couldn’t accommodate. Again an hours drive to get to the appointment. Dentist is good, just need to get the simple booking process sorted.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with how welcoming and professional Kevin was. He Immediately fixed another dentist error and took my pregnancy into consideration while making the decision of materials to be used in my filling. Definitely would recommend, great staff and service.

Negative experience: Don’t usually go here but was sent from my usual because I needed to be seen asap but they had no availability anyway my wisdom teeth have been in severe pain and they told me i need to wait longer for them to grow out so its easier for them ?? idk and then i was sent straight home. No follow up, no guidance on how to deal with this discomfort, no reassurance what so ever N O T H I NG

Negative experience: Have to prepay for everything is NOT what I have had at any other dental place before, then when they had to do a refund they took forever. Looked at getting some dentures and they DONT know or understand the TOP TEETH are larger than the lower, they was GOING to make both sets look the same size and shape without looking at the size of the old top teeth, NOT very good and NOT WORTH the time and hassle if you ask me. Very much, what you get is what you pay for, cheap is cheap and t prepay is the last step. DON"T go there!!!!

Fantastic experience: Always really happy with the care from Dr Kevin Peng. The staff are super lovely and accommodating on the phone, and in the clinic too. I get major anxiety about my teeth since I had a bad run with dental care as a teen, but I definitely feel well looked after here.

Positive experience: I would normally go to Nawton dental but was sent to this clinic as it had a appt available. I won’t be going back as I found the woman cleaning my teeth “rough” of all my years of going to the dentist I have never experienced anything quite like it won’t be going back there in the future.

Fantastic experience: Our 6-year-old went to visit Dr. Kevin this week for his first cavity treatment (no more chocolates boy...). Even though he was very nervous at the beginning, with Dr. Kevin's careful and considering treatment, our boy leaves with a big and proud smile and cannot wait to show his filled tooth with Mom.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental problem, I phoned on Sunday and they fitted me in for Monday, very happy staff very helpful and was an all over very excellent experience, I'm definitely going back and have recommended to my friends and family.
