Fantastic experience: Had filling. Very painless experience dentist numbed area with gel then injected very slowly. I have high sensitivity and the fact he dealt with me in this way was the best dental visit I have ever experienced.

The procedure was smooth and completely pain-free, and the new white filling blends in perfectly—it looks so natural that you can't even tell it's there. Negative experience: The hygienist is amazing, but this clinic is SO over subscribed that if you are looking for somewhere new to go, don't go here. I had an appointment at the beginning of May 2023 and was recommended to come back in 6 months, but they couldn't rebook me for 10. Then they cancelled it, refused to rebook me insisting I stay on the cancellation list as I would get in quicker. 2 months later, it's been almost 12 months since my first appointment. I called another dental clinic today and have an appointment in 3 weeks time ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. Each dentist is professional and very good at communicating. It is the best dental practice I've ever been to and I'm in the older age group.

Fantastic experience: Ruth is a great careful dentist who is extremely good at communicating with her clients. She is gentle and does a great job of making sure you are comfortable and coping well. Her relational skills makes the journey a much better experience. Her assistant is a real compliment to Ruth working really well with her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nick is very nice, gentle ,friendly and thoughtful dentist.more importantly he is professional and high skill. His assistant is very good too, every time she always do suction perfect, no any wast things go in to my throat , making me comfortable ,awesome team . I am really happy and satisfied have my root canal treatment with Dr Nick. I recommend him.
