Fantastic experience: Lovely caring dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Gareth is just the best dentist. He has a lovely manner and goes to great lengths to explain in plain English each procedure he’s about to perform. His team are just as professional and it helps that he has a superstar PA Sarah who is always a step ahead in making bookings, etc. We highly recommend these guys because they’re professionals who genuinely care for their patients. Our whole family go there now.

Fantastic experience: Gareth came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I thought I'd give him a go when I broke a tooth and my regular dentist was overseas for several weeks. I can't speak highly enough of Gareth. He instantly put me at ease, explaining my options and fixing my tooth at the first appointment. I'll be sorry to leave my previous dentist but that's how good Gareth is.

Fantastic experience: Not a large clinic in size but a clinic that gives an enormous amount of detailed attention to the individual needs of each client. Each inquiry or hurdle I had before, during and after, any appointment or procedure, was met with fast responses and in-depth attention; whether it be over phone, email or in person. You can tell the team at ECD genuinely care about their clients and about doing their job excellently. I value both of these qualities immensely and therefore cannot recommend them more highly.

On my first appointment with Gareth, I explained I was very anxious and would just like to go into the surgery and sit in the chair, without being tipped back . I progressed to relaxing in chair and having whatever dental work was required with complete trust and confidence and have recommended Eastcare Dental Services to my friends. Fantastic experience: An annual check up and clean with Gareth. Started on time, was quick with Gareth giving his usual running commentary so I knew what was happening. Ended with Xrays and talk about what next years' check up would cover. As always a high standard of treatment from all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I want to thoroughly recommend Eastcare Dental Services. I have just had some emergency dental work done today after snapping off a large part of a front tooth. The team there were amazing and like sculptors in their art! I have never in my life been to a better dentist and am extremely pleased with my results! Quite a bit of work to do and I got Goldcard count of 5% too. I'm feeling happy and confident again.

Fantastic experience: The team in Eastcare Dental are amazing. I had a root canal done for my toothache and Dr. Gareth was very thorough in explaining everything and executing the root canal procedure. I’ve had a couple of root canals done with other dentists before and I can tell that Dr. Gareth is different. He is very adept with his light hands and he explained each step that he was executing, making you comfortable with the treatment process.

Fantastic experience: Gareth has been my dentist for many years, but in recent times I have needed to see him more often. He explains everything, including cost options and recommends treatment that is not always the most expensive. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Gareth always does his best to make it as painless and informs you throughout the process how much longer he is going to continue the treatment. He is consistently caring, knowledgeable and a perfectionist and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gareth Ngan for over 18 Months and I have found him excellent. He has always given me great advice and i have never felt any pain or discomfort. He has always fitted me in when I lose a filling or crown. Last week when I lost a front crown. I phoned in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Gareth fitted me in and was able to re attach the tooth. I can highly recommend Gareth.

Fantastic experience: I called early in the morning as I had a bad toothache and they were able to see me 2 hours later. Dr Jessie Liang was professional and explained the procedure/treatment required before proceeding. She even gave me an approximate costing of the tooth extraction. It was a great experience and no pain during the procedure. Reasonably priced too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Karla Youhanna and her assistant Cherry. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. Karla listens and explains everything clearly. She is gentle and extremely friendly. Sarah is also great and was really efficient with everything I needed in regards to booking my appointment etc. If you want a great dentist to go to, then Eastcare Dental is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I am an extremely nervous patient and I was treated very well the whole way through my procedure and even before the procedure by my dentist Gareth. I did not feel a hint of pain during a root canal. the receptionist Sarah even called me prior to my procedure to see how I was coping with my anxiety and gave me a few tips. 10/10 hands down the best dentist I've ever been to.

I like how Dr Howard explains everything, and as a somewhat nervous dentist goer, his confidence, humour and professionalism gives me much comfort whenever I see him. If you need a dentist to visit, go visit Dr Howard!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic check up, xray and clean for $195, efficiently done, had a filling done same day for $185 all by Dr Howard Chao. Professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Eastcare Dental was my dentist until the top of my Root Canal chipped off & when i went back the dentist was happy that it was just out of its one year warranty. He proceeded to tell me that there would be a cost to put it right. I ended up getting it fixed properly by another dentist. During the procedure the dentist also tried to save on costs with telling me that i wouldn't need any pain relief with the first part of the procedure. I have never felt pain like it!! They could see that i was very uncomfortable but nothing was done. I don't recommend them at all!

Fantastic experience: Broke a crown, got in 3 hours after the accident, great service and explained procedure well and possible ramifications with re cementing the tooth. Only real downside with this place is they don't have their own reception and share with the A&E reception that is always overworked and understaffed.

Negative experience: I had very disappointing service at East care dental. I have no intention of going back. I feel having to pay $235 was excessive for a less than 5-8 minute teeth clean. The dentist Gareth did not informed of the cost just briskly handed the invoice on my way out. This was considerably more than my previous visit and more than what I was quoted over the phone. When I tried to discuss the situation with the dentist I was explained that this is just the going rate with no intention rectify the situation. There is an extreme lack of communication at this service and has left me feeling very dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Very good. Dr Howard Chao fixed some of my teeth today he did a great job and I didnt feel a thing! They are friendly, caring and clean. He also explained everything he was doing as he worked which for me was awesome. Recommend him ! One thing i didnt like was the fact i had to sit in the same waiting room as sick people coughing and sneezing waiting to see doctors.
