Negative experience: only giving 1 star because you can’t rate a 0. somehow charm managed to mess up both my bellybutton and my nipple piercings and then were extremely unprofessional and rude when i came back asking for a solution of some kind. my service was performed incorrectly by the piercers on both of these occasions, and they were incredibly dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to give any form of compensation for the issues they caused me which i am still dealing with. do not go to this place for piercings.

Fantastic experience: I have had 12 piercings at Charm and they have all came out absolutely amazing! The service from their entire team is very knowledgable and helpful. All of their piercers are great and very time efficient. I would highly recommend Charm for all of your crystal, jewellery and piercing needs!

Fantastic experience: Took my 10 y/0 daughter to get her ears pierced. The team were totally fantastic. Daughter got really nervous but the staff were patient, calm and extremely kind. They didn’t rush her and took the time to explain to her what was going to happen. Made her, and me, feel at ease. Would absolutely go here again.

Fantastic experience: I tend to pass out quite a bit when it comes to needles, so I was super nervous when it came to getting a nose piercing. The staff were lovely and gave me enough time to recover after the piercing so that I wouldn’t pass out. Summer was amazing as well, super quick nose piercing and was super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Even though online it stated fully booked, I gave them a ring and included my appointment into their day. Summer did my 3rd ear lobe holes and my first helix piercing, she was so sweet, really caring and extremely professional. I am super afraid of needles and don’t have a high pain threshold but Summer really made me feel at ease. Thanks girl I would highly recommend having any piercings done at Charm. I can’t wait to come back for another soon.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very warm and kind when my daughter got her ears pierced. The space was clean and apart from the initial pain, her ears have been healing so well and hasn’t had any problems with them at all. It was nice to see people who were happy to be at work.

They make sure you have the correct anatomy and give excellent advice. They make sure you’re ok. I refuse to go anywhere else and if someone suggests another place I’ll fight them on it lol. Negative experience: They pierced my cartilage instead of my septum, worst pain ive ever experienced Edit: I've already had my septum redone elsewhere so I won't return but heres some advice: - Be honest! What went wrong at Charm was that the piercer didn't tell me I have a deviated septum, but instead was very confident and insisted they were very skilled and experienced and thay my septum was perfect which was untrue. Honesty is so important and I really hope you guys can keep this in mind and I really hope it helps in the future

Fantastic experience: I love going into charm inc, the atmosphere is so welcoming and calming. i’ve had multiple piercings done here and all the piercers were amazing making me feel comfortable and relaxed before the piercing and being gentle but getting the job done amazingly! Fantastic experience: My sister got her industrial piercing and I got my nose pierced down in Palmerston North 27th December 2024 and we went into charm on 26th January 2024 for advice and to see if we can get them change. We spoke to Jessica Martin, she made the experience so helpful and positive, as the place in Palmerston North did our piercing so badly which we didn’t know before talking with Jessica. Then Lucca Brown pierced our second ear piercing and he made the experience positive. We then went into charm today 1st February 2025 and had Summer Ivar that pierced my sister industrial in the other ear and I got my eyebrow pierced, the experience was positive and she gave us aftercare advice and healing time. Would definitely recommend going to Charm in Bayfair the team is amazing and the experience is positive.

After going to multiple places before thinking we would have to go to the Dr’s we went to charm in bayfair and the lady who served us was so amazing i didn’t get her name but she quickly did what was needed and was so friendly along with all the other girls behind the counter Will definitely be coming here for any future piercings

Fantastic experience: We took our nearly 4-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and it was a lovely experience! They had two ladies performing the piercing simultaneously, which was great and very quick. One of the ladies gave my daughter a little unicorn teddy to help her settle and had a calming conversation about bravery and how it's normal to feel scared when trying new things. I think that really helped keep her calm and able to go through with it. Charm is a lovely place with very friendly staff. Thanks, team! My daughter looks beautiful with her new earrings.

Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of piercings done by the team at Charm Bayfair. Both times the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and really knew their stuff when I asked for advice. They had very high standards of hygiene and training so I haven’t had any issues with work they have done. Highly recommended
