Fantastic experience: I'm currently doing my laser treatment at the clinic. Staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. I get my treatments done by a staff named Kiran. She has good smile and also gives a lot of skincare advise which has been working for me. Thanks kiran.
Fantastic experience: For the first time I went cosmetic clinic I met Lilly at reception , I asked her to explain Led light treatment and microdermabrasion treatment. As this is the first time I was unfamiliar with these treatments and she was informative about it . She was a very helpful person , nice and welcoming at the front desk.
Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience getting a Microdermabrasion with the Tech Sarah. She was awesome at explaining the treatment and giving me necessary product knowledge without feeling like I was getting forced into buying anything. I would highly recommend seeing her for any treatment !!!

Negative experience: One of the worst places for laser hair removal. Every time you book an appointment with someone, a different person ends up treating you, and they are also very unprofessional in how they deal with you. And every time, you have to bear the consequences of their mistakes I want to clarify that I was not asking for any free service. Negative experience: I recently visited cosmetic clinic Westfield, and my experience was disappointing. When I inquired about price matching which is clearly stated on their website, the manager rudely dismissed my request, insisting they don’t offer it. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire visit unpleasant. I expect better customer service, especially when policies are advertised online.

Fantastic experience: Pankti is been doing my daughter’s micro needling appointment. Since her first appt for micro needling Ishita has been doing great. Pankti has really done a great job on my daughter’s face. She had lot of acne on her face and it’s now lessened a lot. She has undergone 2 sessions so far and it’s really helping my daughter. Negative experience: Avoid this place! Patchy laser work. lady did not even cover all areas. very noticeable. Obviously trying to get me to pay for more sessions. As I said avoid this place and go where they do laser properly for the entire area you pay for and it is not cheap!

Negative experience: Very dodgy when it comes to refunds. Do not recommend. Edit: Interesting how you responded so promptly when being left with a 1 star review. I would strongly recommend the same when it comes to replying to emails. No response after 2 weeks is not good enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at TCC Manukau. I went in to have antiwrinkle in my forehead and frown. I was treated by Nurse MJ who explained everything to me and was super lovely and helpful. After 2 weeks I have the results that I was after! I will definitely be back! :)

Negative experience: I had decided one day that I wanted to get lip fillers done, so I walked into cosmetic clinic manukau thinking there would be an experienced nurse so I got in, ready to do my lip fillers the nurse that was doing it told me she’ was experienced but had lied about it, she had Ruined my lips and then told me she will fix it , in my review appointments so they decided to do another set for fillers but not the same set of fillers that I had paid for at the start cause they’re expensive So they decided to do some different cheap fills where it made my lips look more awful with injection marks still on my lips from 3/4 months now. Highly not recommended !!!! Bad customer service

When you raised your concerns we had immediately booked you in for reviews to address your concerns, many of which you didn't show up to. I'm not sure as to what you mean by "Cheap fills" as the filler you have are both the same price and brand. At your last review you had stated that you were happy with your treatment so we are confused as to why you have now written this 1 star review.
