Fantastic experience: Was given a surprise Island Time Massage by my partner for my birthday and it was such a treat. Fantastic experience: My sister bought me into this exquisite salon for a beautiful aromatherapy massage this morning and from the moment we walked in we were immediately looked after by the receptionist who offered us tea or water. My therapist Tyler who is beautifully natured was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding towards my needs as I have just finished treatment for cervical cancer, Tyler wanted me to have the best relaxing service possible and this made me feel very appreciated. Fantastic experience: I had a couple's massage here today and it was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was just lovely and the massage therapists were also really lovely. I enjoyed the calming music and the really nice hibiscus cinnamon tea which I purchased after the massage session. I enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be back soon!

Positive experience: My first massage here was not a great experience, but the owner reached out and offered me a chance to come back and try again. So I went back and it was much better this time! The staff are lovely and kind, the bed was comfy, the oil was really relaxing and my therapist (Pearl) was great! My only qualm is the email that follows treatment which offers a voucher in exchange for a 5* review. Thanks guys

Negative experience: Most rushed and inattentive waxing I’ve gotten in a long long while. Admittedly, the service and friendliness of the staff at the reception desk was exemplary, but the appointment itself left an impression of just being “processed” on a conveyor belt within barely 15min for full leg wax. Would be okay with the efficiency and wouldn’t leave a bad review if I wasn’t finding “unattended” patches all over my legs after... A waste of 80$.

Fantastic experience: I have just returns home after having the best aromatherapy massage by Anneka! I have been to a few salons around Christchurch however this is definitely the new fav. The salon itself is lovely and relaxing but Anneka listened to exactly how I like my massages and completely put me in full relaxation mode. Fantastic experience: I booked in with Grace for a full body tan. Grace was super professional, lovely and patient directing me during the spray tan. Really thorough and great service throughout. Hands down best tan i have found in Christchurch straight away noticed how good it looked and the quality of the tanning solution too thank you!

Fantastic experience: Best spray tan I’ve had in Christchurch. I’ve tried a lot of different places over the years and Lovoir is by far the best. I’ve had two spray tans now and the colour and application is amazing. It doesn’t go patchy and it wears so well.The place is beautiful and the staff are so professional.

Negative experience: I had gifted a mom to be pampering package by a friend and I’m really disappointed with the service. The session lasted an hour and instead of a proper massage, it was just oil rubbing. The therapist didn’t seem to have any expertise in pregnancy massage, and the setting wasn’t comfortable at all. It felt like a complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I had another amazing treatment today with Kayla! Lovoir is a gorgeous setting and I felt calm as soon as I arrived. Kayla is incredibly skilled and always customizes the facial to my skin's needs. The facial was incredibly relaxing and my skin is glowing and rejuvenated. Fantastic experience: Had a couples 30 minute aromatic massage to celebrate my birthday. Both my partner and I left feeling absolutely relaxed. I could feel the knots coming out and it was great. I definitely recommend, I’m hoping to go again soon. My partner and I were in the good hands of Pearl and Mag. Fantastic experience: I had a Janesce Indulgent Facial with Mag today. I was blown away by the whole experience. Mag was a wonderful therapist and the whole relaxation vibe of Lovoir Day Spa was just lovely. I then had an eyebrow shape with Emily and she did a very careful job of taming my unruly eyebrows. I can't recommend Lovoir highly enough, a thoroughly relaxing, indulgent experience.
