Fantastic experience: I have Been going to the cosmetic clinic at bayfair for about 4 years for hair laser removal. They are very good,… well I guess if they were that good I would not need to come back that often. Ok, I am getting slowly hairless. Their price are really good… when they are on sell at 50% or matching other clinic prices. They are always very professional, ask you if you want more sessions for next time and try to get you another deal. Finally they are always on time and ready when I come to the right day of my appointment. I want to thanks Baroda who has been treated me The last year. She has improved since I know her, hopefully she keeps it that way. Luckily, she finally understood that my skin colour is not white, but pink, and it’s not due to the sun. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I got a lip filler treatment costing $500, which completely disappeared a month after the procedure, leaving me with a lumpy lips as well. I returned to the clinic, but they refused to give me another injection or a refund.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for few years. The quality of the service and the customer care has worsened quite a bit. I prepaid 6 laser sessions and we had to cancel the session 3 times (understandable) and reschedule, on my 5th visit I was told I had one left but it was jlearly February so we decided to leave it until the end if summer. When I went back 2 months ago they said I had used all my sessions. wrong. Beside that, my legs are covered in circle scars from the treatment, I thought they would go away after the summer and bring less exposed to the sun but no, June and they are still there. NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE

Fantastic experience: I am a long time TCC bayfair customer. I always have great service and great results for my laser hair removal treatments. For my last two treatments I have been seen by the technician Baroda. Baroda is very friendly and proffesional but I have to say that she also seems to take such care with every step of the process and is very thorough! While doing my full legs today Baroda offered to do my feet, to which I hesitated at having to pay more. However, she informed me that by doing a small area like that at the same time as another treatment as an "add on" gives me a drastically discounted price! This was my 10th leg treatment (which is my third area I have gotten treatments for) and I had never had a technician tell me this! Overall lovely service and I am stoked to have saved some more dollars

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at the cosmetic clinic Tauranga. I booked in a laser appointment with Jess; she made me feel super comfortable and safe. She was super knowledgeable about the treatment, was able to answer any questions I had and overall made the experience very comfortable. Jess is also very good at recommending the right products for you; I know nothing about skincare and she was able to help me pick a product that would work well for me. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this clinic; I have received laser elsewhere and I did not receive the same level of care that I did here.

Positive experience: Update: after my original review, the Clinic manager contacted me. She apologised for their lack of communication and offered me a brightening serum to treat my hyperpigmentation. I’ve been applying to the area now for a few weeks and it seems to be helping. I’m updating my review and restating that, I’m happy with this resolution and I will remain a customer. It’s not 5 stars just because I wish I didn’t have to be here in the first place. But they did care and reached out. Original: I have been a customer since 2020 when I first started my Laser Hair Removal (LHR) journey. I first started with Brazilian and Full legs. I since then have treated chin and snail trail with no problems - always following up with their recovery cream, since I have olive skin and did not want to have any pigmentation issues. I'd never had any problems with their service, instructions and results until earlier this year. I decided to buy the treatment for underarms. On my second session, the lady who welcomed me told me there were using a new machine which should improve results. The session when well and I didn't otice anything different, no discomfort or burning. It wasn't until I was applying deodorant in front of th mirror 2 weeks later that I realised My underarms where stained, dark brown circles around it. I researched about hyperpigmentation and found that in some cases it disappears with time. After 4 weeks, it was still there. I then decided to go back to the clinic and asked for HELP. I asked the ladies at the reception if they knew what I could do and told them that on the day of the treatment I recalled a 'new machine' was used. They denied - 'it's impossible!' - and immediatedly reacted in a deffence mode blaming me for not coming back to the clinic sooner. I felt terrible in front of other people who were standing there. I then explained that I wasn't trying to play the 'blame game' and that I was just asking for help. They assessed my underarms (2 people) and told me they would be in touch, via email, with an answers to my questions since they said they were not qualified to respond to my queries. 6 weeks later...I'm still waiting on their answers. No calls or emails. Terrible customer service! This happen at Bayfair clinic in Tauranga.

Fantastic experience: Today I received a treatment from Kayla W. There are two Kayla's. Kayla W was friendly, energetic and she appeared to be enjoying her job. Kayla W was professional and knew what she was doing. Kayla is the only senior staff there ever since the clinic opened. She is the pioneer! So, that makes her the most experienced professional in my opinion. Just recently, I had not so much of a good service from one of the new staffs but Kayla W, turned this experience into a pleasant one. I've been going this clinic since it opened so for someone to value a regular customer like Kayla did, just makes your day and would not hesitate to return. Go Kayla W!! Keep smiling girl!
