Fantastic experience: Was extremely fortunate to have Mia do my laser hair removal. She was very friendly and professional and I felt completely comfortable for the whole session despite feeling nervous to go in for a new treatment. The level of knowledge she had definitely put me at ease and I couldn't recommend her more, will certainly be going back!

Negative experience: Quantity over quality unfortunately. I received a gift cards worth $550 when I went in for a facial I was advised that this was loaded against my account and $350 was still available. I didn't bother to keep the pointless card since it was on my acc. Sadly when your credit, no matter the amount, is going to expire they do not bother to reach out or try and book an appointment or advise you, they have ni system set up, it's not customer focused what so ever.

Positive experience: I've been visiting the clinic for many years. At one point, there was a change in management, and the service and atmosphere took a turn for the worst, it was a nightmare. But since Lindsey, Lucy, and Dasha stepped in, I'm genuinely so happy with the service again!

She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what she would be doing. This was my first time getting a treatment from a beautician, and Kate made a positive, lasting impression. I will definitely be coming back for another session.

Fantastic experience: I had been in previously for anti wrinkle injections and decided to book in a microdermabrasion which I have never had, but always wanted to try, I felt a bit apprehensive, however, my beauty therapist Kate made me feel so at ease straight away, she was really friendly and welcoming and extremely thorough with the treatment, I’m so pleased with how my skin feels, I highly recommend it.

She was gentle and talked me through each step. My skin reacted well and the best part was the result - I couldn't believe my skin could feel and look so good. Fantastic experience: I was very convinced with the fact that they organise a booking over the phone easily. Promotional rate was really cost effective as previous two laser was expensive. Service wise- she was really friendly; ensured I was comfortable and explained very well. I forgot her name but service on Tuesday 4pm. I highly recommend. I will definitely rebook.
