Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Sonal during my laser hair removal treatment. She was incredibly attentive and thorough, taking the time to check that there was no hair left on the skin before starting, and even kindly offering to shave the ones I hadn’t noticed. The treatment itself was very comfortable. Sonal applied just the right amount of pressure to help soothe the skin and adjusted the cool air to make the session even more pleasant. Her attention to detail and gentle approach really stood out. Such a lovely person and a fellow Fijian too! Thank you so much, Sonal, for your care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my first laser appointment with Wendy, and she gave me the absolute best experience! I told her how nervous I was and she guaranteed me that it would be ok and would stop if need be but OH MY GOODNESS! Wendy made me feel so comfortable and it didn’t hurt one bit! She informed me of everything she was going to do, made sure we had a great laugh and told me what was going on and I have never felt so safe and comfortable before. Fantastic experience: I had a microdermabrasion with Danilly and wow what an experience! Her hands are magical! Thankfully she prompted me to add on my neck (which must have stared at her with its wrinkly lines begging for help!) Both my face and neck feel so smooth and hydrated. Negative experience: I am not happy with their treatment at all even though they made my hair more coarse and black thick. my hair was so fine before they were lots. after 14 sessions they grow like man hair. When I asked them they said maybe you have hormonal problems. why don't you guys tell me before when I decide to do laser? You said not 100 percent reduction but it will be 80 per cent. But it's worked for me nothing even made more bad. I wasted so much money on it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely worth every dollar!!! Look no further!!! 10/10 for the laser treatment equipment, 10/10 for the customer service. I am a 30yr old women that “had” facial hair like a male!!. A family member recommended “The Cosmetic clinic” in Henderson. And OMG!! I went from shaving thick hair everyday to shaving little fine hairs once a month. I have been using your services for over a year now and have spent a considerable amount of money. Sonal stood out for the following reasons:- 1) She took my photos while I was lying down so I didn't struggle to get up off the bed. 2) Loved the pressure she used when applying products- free face massage. 3) Even got a scalp massage which put me to sleep!! 4) She was extremely caring - offered a blanket and help off the bed. I don't normally make comments but she was exceptional!!!

Negative experience: Absolute waste of money. I spent $2000.00 on a skin care regime to remove pigmentation - didn't even work. I got given the wrong information by an inexperienced clinician about the use of the product in the cosmalan 2 steps of the regime to the point my skin was continuously shedding and burning. I developed a rash so bad under my chin that it left a mark. As soon as I let them know with photo evidence then they did address the problem and I needed red light treatment to calm the skin and stop the shedding. My clinician was lovely but not always mindful of what she says to me. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me after I said that I would have expected some difference in the lightning of the pigmentation. I had my last visit with her at the 6 month period no final appointment made and she said she would get in touch after speaking to her manager about it. I mean anyone would like some kind of response from the company after spending $2000 on a promoted regime - but my before and after photos show absolutely no change in the 6 months of using the products. It's been a month and I have heard nothing. I'll show the photos of what I did experience from using the product. I guess I would have expected that the company would have probably taken me off the regime and I was highly sensitive to the products of which my clinician was well aware of and looked at another alternative. I will say I would not recommend this outfit to others not for anything outside basic stuff as the majority of workers are all young and inexperienced.

Fantastic experience: West city cosmetic clinic is highly recommend. They have very welcoming and skilled staff. Brooke ❤️ is amazing, she is kind and very helpful. Before starting my treatment I was little hesitant but she made me so comfortable. Everytime I go there brooke does my treatment and she always do the test first and asks me if the heat is okay + she is lovely to talk to. Brooke cares !!!

I have only ever had good things to say about this clinic! I'm a self conscious person but I have never felt awkward or embarrassed in any of my appointments! I see (and request!) to have Sarah for my bookings, she is so lovely and calm, and checks in with any concerns or changes in my skin! I went in and enquired about facial laser hair removal, got in on an October special and booked in straight away. I've done 6 sessions of 12 so far, with an approx 95% reduction in facial hair since!!! Alex is AWESOME, genuinely kind and has always made me feel very comfortable during my sessions. The equipment is all very modern and has a cooling feature to keep your skin feeling comfortable during the treatment, and they give you complimentary sunscreen afterward to keep your freshly lasered skin from getting sun damage. Clear instructions on laser aftercare and making sure it's right for you too. Seriously nothing but positive feedback here - 6 STARS!!

Fantastic experience: Had amazing care from this Cosmetic clinic. Most importantly Sarah took care of me, listened to my problem areas and worked out a personalized care plan that has worked wonders! Fantastic experience: Went into the Cosmetic Clinic in Henderson and had a Ageless Facepeel done. I had never had it before and she made me feel comfortable and knew what she was doing. She explained the process all the way through and I was really happy with the results afterwards. Broke also spoke to me about the products to use on my skin and I love it I will go back for my next treatment I may even try laser

Fantastic experience: I get laser hair removal on my armpits, braz and half legs. They do a great job and when I had Brooke last time she made sure to take the extra time to apply cooling a little longer on areas and make sure everything was good. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Went for two apps at Cosmetic clinic Henderson the first was with Kev! He was so welcoming and patient as I had trouble with my afterpay. He done such an amazing job and was a basically painless experience compared to my first time. I will for sure be going back to Kev. He is awesome and checked in through the whole procedure which I highly appreciated Second was Laser with Alex, another welcoming and friendly technician who made me feel super comfortable throughout, constantly checked in and made it a super breezy experience for my first time. Highly recommend both, thank you team ❤️

Fantastic experience: I visited Ashlee at the Cosmetic Clinic last week for anti-wrinkle Botox and: OMG! Ashlee is so professional (and lovely), explained the treatment so well, especially for someone who has never had anything like it before. I really appreciated her hygiene measures, kind nature, and clearly being so knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommend♥️She has worked magic on my frown!!

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate Cosmetic Clinic highly enough for laser hair removal. Each and every time I have had amazing service from Alex. The process to book with your favourite technician is super easy, the initial consultation is very in depth and helps answer any questions you may have. Alex is super professional and friendly. She checks in during the treatment to ensure you are comfortable and to answer any questions. It’s super painless in comparison to other companies I have visited prior. If you’re thinking of laser I highly recommend Alex for your treatments.

Negative experience: Just had a terrible experience in this branch and left the store with a burned face. The technician (Alex) seemed very new and unsure/I confident with the laser treatment equipment. She didn’t even take a before photo. The laser was too close to my eyebrow which left a red scar on my face. The worst part was when I reported the incident to the manger (Megan) she wasn’t apologetic but very rude and told me that she couldn’t see anything… ********** Reply to review response: It’s sad to see you don’t place much importance on the satisfaction of your customers. Firstly, I was not 5 minutes late, I was 3 minutes late (if you want to count); Secondly, I did NOT “have the audacity” to take a phone call as you have stated - I respectfully asked the technician if she would mind if I took the phone call, and explained it was quite urgent - to which she replied she had no problem. Thirdly, I am not new to laser treatment - I have been undergoing laser treatment for years (not just at The Cosmetic Clinic), and have never experienced what I did the other day. Instead of a reassuring and sympathetic response to what had happened, and a caring concern for my out-of-the-ordinary discomfort/pain, I was met with brush defensiveness. Take some advice - this doesn’t go down well with customers, and doesn’t do you any favours in terms of repeat business. I was not given any after-treatment cream or any ice - I had to ask for ice from another technician. Fourthly, I will not accept you accusing me of bullying. It’s pretty disgusting to see this card played. I made a genuine complaint, and you as a business have handled this poorly and immaturely. Fifthly, not only did you charge me for an incomplete session, you also refused to sort out my other prepaid sessions to be moved to another branch when I requested this. I have now lodged a formal complaint to the main office. Don’t worry about telling me I’m not welcome to return - as I said already, I won’t be coming back to a franchise that clearly doesn’t place much importance on the satisfaction of its customers.

Fantastic experience: Always amazing service.i do not use any other facial products anymore and i swear by their microneedling. My usual therapist is bree but the few times i've had to be assigned to other therapists are equally impressive. Shout out to thaile and one other lady whose name i forgot. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had my second microdermoabrasion, with Alex, it was awesome, she went through the 10 steps, explaining everything and she was very meticulous. Highly recomend this therapist. Looking for to book my next session with her.

Fantastic experience: I saw Teegan yesterday for my first Microdermabrasion and it was such a wonderful experience. Teegan made sure I was comfortable all the way through and explain what each product was being used for. She then followed up with some great recommendations for products to help target some of the issues my skin has. A great first time experience!
