Fantastic experience: Booked with Sarah for 3 areas of Botox and also a consultation. Very professional & honest, I felt in safe hands. She explained the process step by step to ease my mind as I was a little nervous. My results are more than I could have hoped for and I’m so glad I listened to her advice on things I wasn’t sure of. Very pleased & will definitely be back.

Negative experience: Paid for 6 laser appointments in advance and have done 5 till now. Absolutely disappointed with the staff and service they provide especially todays one. All appointments with different staff that have no fixed protocol or standard. No cleansing before procedure which should be done. Total time for laser was less than 15 min, such a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Prices are very reasonable, considering how effective their laser hair treatments are. I always get underarms+Brazilian and it's amazing. My underarms are 99% hair free now while i get a few hairs down there but thats it. I used to get treatments every month but now i only do it every 3 months cos hair barely grows now. Very happy! Pain wise, the first one felt nothing, and gets more painful as they increase the intensity of the treatment. Wax is 100% more painful tho

Positive experience: Have been getting laser for years. Latest visit here will be my last. Appointment was running late, staff casually chatting behind the counter. After waiting 20 minutes, one of them invites me into the treatment room - no explanation or apology. I double checked my booking time as I have never had this problem before today but they were late. Once in treatment room, staff insisted I get photos done. I have never had to photograph before a Brazilian. The technician explained that as it was my 6th treatment, it was policy. I explained it was well over my 6th treatment but as their records only showed 6 treatments, it was due. Reluctantly I just went with it, the appointment was already late and I had to get back to work so didn’t have time to argue. Finished the treatment and have noticed blisters where the laser burnt my skin. Never ever have I had blisters after a treatment before. I’m not sure what’s going on here now but service has slipped over the past few months and I’ll be going elsewhere.

She made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and safe. She ran me through the whole procedure before going ahead, the risks and etc. I am someone who is petrified of needles lmao, but Alex made me feel so relaxed and assured. She let me take a break each time I needed to, She gave me warnings each time which is what I asked for! She was the absolute best! My lips are so luscious even months later. Id never go anywhere else(Unless Alex goes elsewhere)!!!

Fantastic experience: Edit: The Cosmetic Clinic contacted me and have been absolutely amazing. It seems a lot has changed since I was last there when the issues happened in my review. They are going above and beyond to fix things with me and I’m very appreciative. I came here for underarm and brazilian laser treatments. During my consultation I was told I would need 6 treatments. After these 6 treatments I needed more, and was told to buy another 6, 3 of which would be needed and the other 3 to save for maintenance. I ended up needing to use all six, so double the treatments quoted to me during the consultation. My hair removal still wasn’t at a satisfactory level for what I had been expecting and had been told. I spoke to the manager, who gave me two more free sessions with a trainee. During one of these sessions the trainee asked if I still wanted the machine turned to the lower setting for part of the brazilian area. I had never been told the machine was being turned down, and have never complained of pain or had any bad reactions, so I don’t know why this was being done. Two years later there is a visible difference between these two areas, and the hair removal never got to a satisfactory level. Turning the machine down seemed like a way to draw my treatment out and get more money from me so I never went back. I was also told to go every four weeks which was too short of a time in between my hair growth cycles for it to be the most effective. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Negative experience: I have been going there for quite some time to have laser, but have since gone else where as I do not want to support a company that bully their staff. This place especially the manager and owner need to be held accountable for there actions and miss treatment of there staff members, that have all worked hard to gain qualifications to become beauty therapists that do an amazing job and are good at what they do. Guess you can’t expect any thing less when they are not qualified beauty therapists.

Negative experience: I do agree their microneedling is awesome, however, for my ASIAN folks who consider it pls be aware that, we are required to buy their serums for pre-treatments because of our gene, skin colors. I.e. no buying skin products, no treatments. At the first consulting, I wore face mask all the time and they provided advice and requested me to buy their products without checking my skin condition. I did the same treatments at another branch & I used the products but I don’t think it’s necessary. I turned up on time for my appointment, and they refused to carry out the treatment because of this. Therefore, I just want to give a reminder to my folks to think carefully before purchasing that as your money is unable to get back at all!

Positive experience: Its great that they have the latest and greatest laser hair removal machines but the recovery cream they sell is terrible. I was basically told it is an absolute must buy but after using it and reading the ingredients, it is mainly just an overpriced tube of squalane which smells absolutely awful. The atrocious smell transfers onto my clothes so I even need to plan my outfits accordingly to make sure I wear old tops for a few days after the treatment. Other than that the results are awesome.

Guru gave me all the information I needed and guided me what to expect and how this process work .after couple of treatments I notice significant reduction in my hair growth on my legs .this has changed my life as I was dealing with ingrown hairs . I never had treatments anywhere else because of this. I've also had to reschedule some of my treatments multiple times and none of it has been a pain on my end. If I could rate 100 out of 10, I would've!
