Fantastic experience: Ivy was amazing I had so much confidence in her ability and she was just lovely to talk to. The receptionist was also so friendly and funny. I have told my sister who was with me that this is where we will be coming from now on.

Fantastic experience: So far really happy. This was my second session at this specific clinic. Both times I had a different therapist (I thought I had arrange last time I was there that I get the same therapist) however I'm not complaining. Yash was just as good, efficient and to the point. So happy I started my laser journey with The Cosmetic Clinic. I did Underarms, Brazilian and Half Legs: The process is painless and results for me personally were noticed around 9 days after the first session. My hair grew back as normal a few days after the appointment, but then started falling out very naturally at around day 9. In most places my hair almost hardly grew back. Other places, it still grew out the same. I am Caucasian, and a shade (or two) lighter than a brown tan, with really dark black body hair growth. Next appointment booked and cannot wait.

Fantastic experience: I had a Microdermabrasion with Grace and it was a wonderful experience. She was so informative while she explains what's gonna happen before and after the treatment and some tips on how you can maintain a healthy skin. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I had a meso needling treatment today, which I had booked after taking advantage of a Boxing Day offer. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. My initial appointment was scheduled for 11:40 AM, but I arrived at 11:50 AM due to some unforeseen circumstances. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been rescheduled to 4:00 PM due to my "lateness." I understand the need for punctuality, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or communication around the issue. When I returned at 4:00 PM for the treatment, the procedure itself was completed in just 10 minutes. Given that the full price of this service is $359, I expected a more thorough or attentive experience, especially since I had paid $179 as part of a promotion. While I understand discounts can sometimes result in shorter sessions, the rapid treatment felt disproportionate to the amount paid and left me questioning the overall value. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected, and I felt that both customer service and the procedure itself were not up to par. I hope the clinic can take this feedback into account and improve both their service and approach in the future.

She pays attention to detail, ensures I'm always comfortable, and does a thorough job. She goes above and beyond for post treatment care and educated me on how to get the best results with my condition. She helped form a post treatment plan for me including which products would best help my success (giving both in house and supermarket options). I'd been having LHR for over 12 mths before meeting her. My results before were slow, patchy, and inconsistent, my results after have been phenomenal - both the speed and quality of my results and the condition of my skin. Negative experience: Awful. I paid a $50 deposit for a consultation and injectable, as the website didn't offer just a consult. I decided not to go to that clinic shortly after booking and enquired about getting a refund of my deposit. It has been weeks and they are no longer replying to emails despite saying they would refund me. Go to one of the other branches, this one is a complete rip off.

Negative experience: I came to them seeking help for my skin condition and I quickly found out that they are just trying to sell the products they have on shelf.. after using what they suggested for 4 weeks , I found out that my skin condition got worst and my redness increased. If you truly care about your skin, I highly recommend to stay away from them. I am also planning on filing a complaint against them in court so that they don't do this ever again with other patients. Take my review seriously and stay away from this shop!!

Positive experience: This is the first time I have been courageous enough to trust another establishment regarding my problematic skin, after being disheartened by the previous one. Approached the said clinic early last year but felt forced by that therapist and then I met Melissa, the Skin Therapist, at the beginning of last month. Immediately I felt comfortable to make full payment and sign in for the required treatments. Melissa has brilliant communication skills and very friendly. She makes me feel very comfortable during each treatment. She looks after my needs so that I'm warm and comfortable enough laying down as I have various lowerback injuries. The only request I had to make on each visit is to mellow down the background music during my treatment. Melissa takes care of it everytime without any ill-feelings. She not only make me feel comfortable but she also make sure that I fully understand the treatments and gives me thorough post treatment instruction. Few sessions after, she recommended me to undergo the 10 step microdermabrasion. Honestly, this was the best decision I made ever! I have never been truly happy with the outcome. Grace saw what my face desperately needs and helped me improve it by recommending certain products to use to achieve best result and they surely work!
