Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dallas for my laser hair removal treatment. Dallas’s service was exceptional, and the communication was outstanding, I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Negative experience: Terrible experience – don’t waste your money. I paid for 12 sessions and completed 11, and absolutely NOTHING changed. It was a complete waste of time and money. I missed one session due to a serious personal issue, and they still cancelled it without offering any alternative or solution—even though I paid for it. Worse, they cancelled one of my appointments just 30 minutes before it was scheduled, after I had already taken the day off from work. I lost a full day of income for nothing, and of course, they didn’t care. After one month, my results are exactly the same as when I started—no difference, no progress. This company is all about taking your money, offering no real results, and treating clients with zero respect. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best microneedling treatment I’ve ever had! While there was some discomfort during the process, it was absolutely worth it. After just one week, my skin is glowing with a smoother, more refined texture. Even my acne marks have significantly faded, leaving my skin looking clearer and healthier. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this treatment to anyone seeking real, visible improvements!

Fantastic experience: I had 12 micro needling treatments in 18 months, and it is quite effective against the scar from acne.

Negative experience: I purchased laser sessions here, and fell pregnant before being able to finish all my sessions. Contacted them back in April to let them know and ask if I could extend my treatments, was told it wouldn’t be an issue and to email. I’ve now emailed 4-5 times. Responded to emails they’ve sent me, asking for an extension due to pregnancy. And they just ignore me, terrible customer service.

Positive experience: Well I paid the full amount..which came to around 370$.Im a student and hence live on a tight budget..on my last treatment I called up and told them I've got period cramps and I cannot make it..I know they have a 24hour cancellation policy..but my situation is inevitable..they could have been more understanding and atleast postponed my appointment..but they cancelled it..and the money put in towards the last treatment is a waste.

Fantastic experience: Hail the Queen. This trained Nurse explains the science of skin, the depth of tissue, why and where we age. I have been sourcing fillers and wrinkle relaxers for 24 years, and this is by far the best service and results I have ever seen. It is only a week, so I will post photos when I go for my review.

Negative experience: I went with a small acne problem, so I took the treatment. I spent around $800 on the treatment plus $400 dollars on products. They told me it would be necessary to use all those creams (it's a business, they want you to spend money) I followed all the instructions of how to take care with all the products they gave me, I changed my diet, drank lots of water, but nothing improved. It got WORSE. The staff is lovely and kind, but the treatment was rubbish. They told me it was normal to get more acne at the beginning, but after 3 months? IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH ACNE, GO WITH A DERMATOLOGIST!! It would be cheaper and more professional.

Negative experience: Beware, due to the company’s terms and conditions, the customer is precluded from any reimbursement if you don’t see a result from laser hair removal. I had 10 treatments and everything came back a few months later. Upon complaining, I was given the reason that some people don’t respond to LHR, which is untrue in my case as I’ve had success at two other clinics. I don’t find this answer satisfactory and believe the treatment was performed incorrectly (it’s worth noting that twice in my course of treatment the procedures had to be rescheduled as the machine broke down mid way). I was offered 6 LHR sessions or alternative procedures as compensation, which I refused due to having lost all confidence in the company, nor did I wish to spend any more of my time having this done. Additionally, the 6 LHR sessions were offered to me on the condition I spend $200 on their ‘aftercare’ products which you agree to using when initially signing the T&Cs. Ultimately, I complained to the head office which rejected my claim, stating that “hair growth can be triggered by many factors including hormones, & can fluctuate & change at different stages of a person’s life” and implying that no result is guaranteed. I am saddened to leave this review as the staff are all very friendly and kind and did their best to offer a resolution, but the company policies and terms and conditions shield them from a consumer having ANY expectation of a result. A basic expectation when you purchase a service is for it to be successful. Please avoid this place.

Negative experience: I don't usually give reviews but this experience was terrible. I had an active breakout and was conned into spending $354 on products that were going to "fix my problem". I was very hesistant about the products due to my sensitive skin and I asked the therapist if there were any pore-clogging ingredients and she told me "no" without checking first. As I trusted her expert advice, I purchased the products. I got home and double checked the list of ingredients, only to find not only pore-clogging ingredients but also ingredients that trigger and promote the growth of fungal acne (both of which I am very sensitive to). I called the clinic for help and the same therapist told me that my concerns were "bad energy" and the negative mindset would prevent the products from working. I was worried that the ingredients would irritate my already inflammed skin further, and she said that if that was the case then she would have to tell all her clients to stop using the products... These products were falsely represented to me and I wouldn't have purchased them if I had known the ingredients were not suitable for my skin. Highly disatisfied with the situation and I feel like the therapist dismissed my concerns entirely. Such amazing customer service when they want you to spend money, but when something goes wrong, they don't reply to emails (it has now been more than 2 weeks since I reached out to them and I have not heard anything).

Fantastic experience: My acne has always been quite subtle but there was a period where it got really bad. I was concerned so I decided to book an appointment and received some acne treatment from Tyra. The treatment itself was really good and i really recommend going. Not only did i get good results but I learnt a lot of useful information from Tyra about my skin and how to take care of it more. I also purchased some of the skincare products and although they can be pricey it’s worth it as I have seen much better results in my skin so far. If you visit the cosmetic clinic queen street I 100% recommend going to Tyra not only is she good at her job but she’s also very social and is very easy to talk to ask questions about anything to do with your skin etc

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff, Kate is amazing. I have got great progress on my hair laser treatments. Starting on skin treatments and can’t wait for the results.

Negative experience: Went 5/6 times for touch up hair removal - touch ups should only be 2-3 sessions but it was not effective, therefore had to do many more than usual. The technician burnt me on my last session. Response 18/08/23: I did go through the photos with the technician and I agree they don’t show the burn in the lighting and angle the image was taken. However I told her I was burnt, I could see it from an initial brief inspection myself, and more so I could feel it - the pain is prolonged after treatment finished. There was a scorching white mark which stayed for weeks including the pain in that one location. After I healed I went back to my previous provider, who is located much further away, as your ‘touch ups’ over 5/6 sessions on were not effective. They did the job for me in 3. Your follow up response is deflective.
