Fantastic experience: Get Paayai for your lazer hair removal, not only is she a genuine & lovely person but she does such a good job. I feel like she doesn't miss a single spot and makes you feel so welcome 11/10 for job well done, personality, and overall vibes!!

Fantastic experience: Jen put me a ease thru out the whole process and made sure I new what to expect a wonderful experience and terrific result

Negative experience: Found Maria very pushy always trying to sell me more sessions or extras, do not buy the $90 sunscreen and all you really need is the post Lazer balm so don't get sucked into that like I did! Last session with her was awful it hurt and her pushy selling made me feel very awkward. Unfortunately I can't change my sessions to a different store. Save your $ and just buy a Lazer of Ali express. That's what I'll be doing when my sessions run out!

The training clinician who was teaching the new clinician was great, she gave good instructions, and treated me with kindness, I believe her name is Melissa. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Maria for a long time now for my laser hair removal and she is the loveliest person ever I feel so comfortable with her doing my treatment, she is honestly the best. I 100% recommend booking with her!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having my laser done by Maria. Maria is always so lovely to deal with and extremely thorough when it comes to my treatment. We go over the current condition of my skin at each appointment to make sure we will get the best results each time.

Positive experience: Had a post injectable issue which has resulted in broken capillaries leaving red marks on my face this has been confirmed by a GP. Was in contact with the owner she was fast to communicate with me ect but still doesn't think it's their fault didnt really take accountability for it and made me feel as tho I was not telling the truth disappointed im left with broken capillaries on my face that have not gone away. Now going to a doctor led practice for my Injectables and ive not had a repeat of broken capillaries. I will say tho the staff are lovely and the Waxing service and laser hair removal service here is Great tho and I would recommend them.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience here. The advice given, even when I doubled checked to see if I should wait for an initial consultation before undertaking the pre-treatment procedures, was inaccurate. Left feeling pretty gutted and enough to make a review!
