Fantastic experience: Teeth look so much whiter! I was really nervous about pain but it was a relatively painless procedure. Had a couple zingers at the end but they were gone as quick as they came. Been about an hour after the laser treatment and no pain at all. I did use sensitive toothpaste a week before my appointment and took a painkiller about half an hour before. Very happy with my results.

Fantastic experience: It was my very first time getting my teeth whitened today and I am so impressed with the results! Terri was so amazing the whole process was incredibly easy and simple I love how in-depth her information is it’s easy to follow all the correct steps for the best results. Terri came to check my comfort status frequently which was really reassuring and made sure that I was going to have little to no sensitivity during the laser process to which I had a (pain-free) experience it’s nearly 4 hours later and I am only just getting a couple sensitive teeth here and there. The recommended toothpaste works a treat I used it morning and night 3 days prior to my appointment which I think has helped the process all together. I can’t wait till my trays come thank you so much Terri!

Negative experience: I recently tried the custom teeth whitening trays from this company, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The trays were so poorly made and dug into my gums, causing significant discomfort and irritation. The fit was far from comfortable, and I ended up with sore, bruised and swollen gums after using them. I wouldn’t recommend these trays to anyone.

Negative experience: After my visit I was really surprise about all the good reviews. Take a note: if english is not your first language do not go. She spoke to fast and with an automatic speach with out breath at all!! Made me feel like a stupid and picky person because I was not 100% satisfied with the result. She seems to be in a hurry from beginning to end. I didn't feel comfortable and I don't recommend it at all.

It felt like she was more preoccupied with her personal matters, such as attending to her children, than focusing on providing quality care to her clients.Overall, I left the appointment feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. It's disheartening to receive such subpar service when seeking professional care. I would caution others against booking with someone who prioritizes personal matters over their clients' well-being."

Negative experience: I was really excited to get my teeth whitened as I saved up for it to treat myself, unfortunately I not only had a very disappointing outcome with the treatment but the service was anything but good. The woman spoke to me as if I was a 5yr old and treated me like I was an inconvenience. She was running around her house doing other errands while I just lay on the table, very unproffesional. I spent the extra and got the trays + gels, the first set of trays did not fit my teeth so I needed to order a second pair, and after using the whitening gel for a couple of weeks it started to make my teeth so weak that one of them broke! I went to my dentist and they confirmed it was the gel that was weakening my teeth. The whole experience was the biggest waste of time and money- I would not recommend at all.
