My consult Katerina did an immaculate job with her consultation, made sure I was comfortable but most importantly made sure i had a great understanding of laser hair removal, which I was sold. With my first appointment of laser hair removal she was quick, reassuring and made the whole experience a 10/10!!! Definitely had to get more appointments in. 100% would recommend, keep up the great service Rotorua.

I had problems dealing with the insecurity of having pimple breakouts, which after months of going into the clinic I have finally seen improvements. Especially all thanks to Sherene! I have very thin lips and I never wear lipstick because I don't want to draw attention to them, plus it looks ridiculous. But after Nurse Sam put some filler in they look so good!!
