The Cosmetic Clinic Napier

Negative experience: I came to improve my skin appearance, getting the microneedling treatment only to have on going issues to try and reverse the damage that's been caused. My protective layer of skin has been damaged and the painful blisters I get are continuous. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Two experiences at the Cosmetic clinic in Napier. Teeth whitening first - results were very poor, i have found the DIY kits provide better results. Most recently i had Botox in my forehead primarily to assist with migraines. I was advised that i would be required to also have Botox between my eyebrows 'otherwise i would have an eyebrow drop' i did think it was upselling but agreed as i didn't want to take the risk. A week post treatment i had significant eyebrow drop. On my follow up appointment i expressed how disappointed i was. They agreed to add more Botox to one eye without charge to try and rectify without any guarantee it would even work. I Spoke to 'Trev' the owner/manager. She argued i did get the intended result then advised she would 'get back to me' re a refund i requested. She never did get back to me. I called today and was advised No refund. The consultant who treated me is no longer employed with the cosmetic clinic. I would NOT recommend. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Before we started the laser hair removal treatment Jessi talked me through the treatment and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was painless and fast, she talk through dos and don’ts for after care so that I can get the best results. Thank you Jessi for a great first laser treatment I will definitely back!

Negative experience: I recently walked passed at the cosmetic clinic and was surprised by the unwelcoming reception I received. A male staff member glared at me and screwed his face, which left a negative impression. Although I haven’t received treatment here, this kind of interaction from the staff was unexpected and doesn’t reflect well on a clinic dedicated to beauty and wellness. If this is how they engage with potential clients, it could certainly affect their reputation. First impressions are crucial, and I hope the cosmetic clinic takes this feedback to heart to ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had the best service from Gio. Friendly, caring and very professional. I have been twice now for laser and the results were visible from the very first session! I will be hair free by Christmas and I only started in September!! Thank you Gio for being the best at what you do

Positive experience: Got laser hair removal done. Had purchased 12 sessions first but had to buy more for certain areas and after all that was told have to keep going back 3 x sessions per year for each area. Hair growth was alot lighter and less hair. Best price in HB aswell

Negative experience: After years of going to The cosmetic clinic Napier, unfortunately I am disappointed beyond belief. I have had had the worst experience! I booked for my frown lines and forehead. I returned 3 times to get more injected into that area. On the 3rd treatment appointment, the nurse told me I had been injected superficial, hence why I had got the initial results but only for a couple of weeks, I was told to make further appointments with her as the nurse that injected me was new and wasn't used to working with dysport........so should she not still being trained? My 4th visit was free, they injected botox ontop of my 70 odd units of dysport. Unfortunately I still have movement and lines. Whilst this has been am issue, I have been told it's my forehead, I do have strong muscles but iv never ever had to go back 4 times and $500 later. Not only procedures have been broken but ethically and morally. People go to these establishments to feel good about themselves. The Manager has shown people emails and talked about it, her personal opinion of me should never be brought up with the public, it's wrong on so many levels!!!!!! Iv asked for a partial refund but declined. Next step............

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending the Napier Cosmetic Clinic and was attended by Sarah who is just a new member of the team. I was a little aprehensive about having a microderm abrasion. Sarah talked me through the process and made me feel completely at ease. She's just a Gem. My face feels and looks 10 years younger. I can't recommend Sarah enough, she has a gentle touch, and clearly explained everything throughout the process. I will definately be back for more pampering. Fantastic experience: TCC is the best service that I ever had I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to treat yourself and trust me you will experience top quality customer service. I’m a customer of TCC for about 2 years now. I would recommend Mel. She is really amazing when I have appointments with TCC I always request her and the results are incredible I can never go to another cosmetic clinic because of I just so happy with TCC with everything that I pay for it amazing service, amazing people and more than anything is amazing results.

Fantastic experience: I've had multiple microneedling & LED sessions with Sophie, she's been brilliant each visit; very professional but affable too. Even though needling isn't the most pleasant experience... Sophie makes each visit as comfortable as possible, starting with a clean workspace, confident approach & friendly chat. The cosmetic clinic also always follow up after each needling session to make sure I'm well.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. I paid in full for a laser treatment and missed my first appointment, which I notified them about. Despite this, I received no follow-up calls or emails to reschedule. When I called to ask why I hadn't received any communication, I was told they dont have my number also they didn't have my email—this was clearly a lie as they had messaged me for my first appointment. Mel, who was serving me, gave me inconsistent information and no satisfactory explanation. I expressed that I no longer wanted their service and requested a full refund. She refused, stating that I could use the service until next year. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience, Booked an appointment, confirmed it, took a day off work accordingly and when I got there, after a wait of around 20 minutes got told that the previous nurse had not left the particular product they needed to proceed with the procedure. I understand mistakes happen, but they told me that they would reschedule, happened a few weeks ago, never heard from them again. No decency or professionalism to communicate what’s happening nor any kind of apology just out of courtesy.
