Negative experience: I'm surprised they have such good reviews. My experience involved them trying to push $430 of products on me as "necessary" for the $120 of actual service I'd requested - none of which are actually necessary. I happily went elsewhere in Richmond and had a much better experience with someone that wasn't just following a sales script.

I've been seeing Ella for permanent laser hair removal in three areas and she's amazing! I'm a very private and shy person and right from the start she made me feel comfortable. She's always professional, friendly, kind and personable. I've been for a few sessions now (I opted for the 12 month sessions) and never once felt uncomfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough!! World class service, second to none!

Fantastic experience: I can't rave on enough about how wonderful Laura is! I've been getting beard sculpting for some time now and am over the moon with the results and Laura's professional but approachable demeanour . I just started on LHR for my back and shoulders. Laura was able to find a time that suited me to do both my beard and my back/shoulders in the same session so that I didn't have to come in separately. Very much appreciated, especially with the cost of petrol these days. The Cosmetic Clinic Richmond is the best one-stop shop for all your laser and cosmetic injectable needs.
