I’ve been seeing her for a while now for anti wink treatments but today she completed a natural lip filler treatment on me and used the extra left over filler to remove all the fine lines from above my lips and smooth out a few chin lines. I’m actually amazed with the results and so impressed already. She really listens to the results you are looking to achieve and uses the product you are purchasing to achieve the best results. I have seen Carolyn also and she is excellent also! So nice to know you’re in the best hands at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Caroline and the team at The Cosmetic Clinic team CBD are second to none. Their professionalism and skill makes you feel like you are in the best of hands for all treatments. I have been seeing Caroline for over 7 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone in the industry as I do her and her team.

Negative experience: *BAD EXPERIENCE* Two weeks ago my sister had a consultation with Caroline at the Cosmetic Clinic CBD, for advice on her first time getting lip fillers, to address her concerns about her uneven top lip. (My sister doesn’t use social media, but she felt strongly about warning people and sharing her experience she had with Caroline, so I am posting this review written by her, on her behalf) During my rushed consultation with Caroline, I discussed my long-time issue with my top lip. I was happy with the fullness on the right side, but it always bothered my how the left side drooped down, with less fullness and obvious asymmetry. This had bothered me for yeeeears! (I’m 28) I emphasised I was VERY content with the size of my bottom lip and in no instance would I consider putting any filler in there! The cosmetic clinic will only sell a minimum of 1ml of filler, (their cheapest cost being $490) By all means you could use less than that amount of filler, but you still have to pay for the full 1ml. Not ever having had any type of filler or facial augmentation before, I wasn’t exactly sure how far 1ml would go, and whether I would need more, or less than that amount. Caroline wasn’t helpful in providing an estimate of this either. More to the point, I ONLY wanted a little bit of filler to help even out my TOP lip - and my bottom lip to be left totally alone, as is. I emphasised this multiple times to Caroline, but she was absolutely adamant that I must have filler injected into my bottom lip as well, or it would ‘look funny’ without. I didn’t agree with anything she ‘advised’ on, and my gut instinct told me what she was saying to me was all wrong. She also didn’t ask me any questions or communicate with me whether I had any further questions. When I asked for before and after pictures of filler work she had done, she just told me to follow her on Instagram. I got the hell outta there and sought a second opinion (NOT at any cosmetic clinic), and boy am I glad I did! I was treated with patience and respect and had a really professional consultation at a different medical practice, and yesterday I had filler done for the first time. I had LESS than 1ml, in my TOP lip only, NONE in bottom lip and I’m over the moon with the result. I had it done by a doctor, not a nurse, and they only charge for what amount you use/require. They even provide local anaesthetic for free if you want it, so you don’t feel the filler injections AT ALL :) It cost me $265, and I can say with all surety, I certainly did not need anything done to my bottom lip (like Caroline was pressuring me to do), and it definitely doesn’t look ‘weird’ or ‘funny’ like she said it would! My needs were well and truely met at this clinic! I’m not sure how to post pics on google review of my before and after lips, but I have left my review and uploaded the photo on ‘Caroline Holloway - The Cosmetic Clinic CBD’ facebook page, so if you have the same problems I had, or similar lips to mine, you can absolutely have the treatment and result on YOUR terms. Not some bossy, over charging, over-filling nurse. If you’d like to know which clinic/doctor I went to, please don’t hesitate to message me and I’ll pass on their details! Please do your research before committing to anyone to inject your face! Good luck, and great lips! (:

Fantastic experience: I have been interested in getting laser hair removal for a while since a couple of my friends have had it done and saw great results. It was super easy to book a consultation online, and the ladies were so lovely and welcoming. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail, making you feel at ease. I've had two sessions so far and can already see amazing results! It was also super easy to reschedule appointments when I needed to as well!

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience here, my appointment was at 1.45pm and I arrived at 1.48pm and asked to use the toilet. I was advised that if I used the toilet, I would forfeit my appointment. We are human beings not cattle! as they try to push that many appointments into a day, they've forgotten to remember how to provide good customer service. I also feel they pressure staff into upselling and cross selling. Absolutely disgusting behavior, i have never been back. EDIT: my name is not Less its Esther. The fact that you are trying to justify a 3min late for not allowing me the time to go the toilet. Quite frankly says it all...

Fantastic experience: Went here for a hyperhidrosis treatment a few weeks ago. I had been suffering from severe underarm sweating for a few years and would get large sweat marks just 10 minutes after putting on a shirt. Following a series of very quick and painless botox injections in my underarms, I was told that I would see results in about 2 weeks. However, my underarms were completely dry immediately following the procedure and I haven't had any sweating in my underarms since then, even while exercising. For the rest of the day I had a slight throbbing pain in my underarms but it was very dull. The staff were all so lovely and made my procedure a great experience where I felt comfortable and well looked after. Very professional and clean clinic with comfortable private rooms. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking to remedy underarm sweating. Many thanks to the staff that gave me confidence to now be able wear whatever I want.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time. Found the entire experience really good. Staff were friendly and Brittney was great. She explained what was happening and what to expect. The result was better than what I expected. Melissa runs a good team, keep up the great work. Would recommend to anybody thinking about getting any cosmetic work go to these guys.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time the other day, the ladies were all so lovely, made me feel comfortable and other all made for a good experience. I had a lovely young girl called Jenna and she did a great job! would definitely recommend going there, if you have gotten lazier etc or if it is your first time!

Fantastic experience: The cosmetic clinic was recommended to me by a friend who rang me to tell me about the new year special offer for microdermabrasion. I had read up about this procedure and was curious to see if it made a difference to my dry skin...on the day, I was a little nervous...I was met by Melissa - the manager - who was incredible, she talked me through the procedure and put me at ease, she introduced me to Brittany who delivered the session. Brittany is friendly, engaging and educated me every step of the way which is what I asked for...she explained what she was doing, how and why. At the end of the procedure my face was a little red...within a couple of hours it had calmed down and the next day my skin was looking and feeling great! It was good for about 2 weeks after...then dry skin kicked in again...Melissa sold me the sunscreen which is the best I’ve ever used, definitely helps keep me skin safe from the sun and moisturised. I have been back again and have now purchased needling for the next session. The is a place I would highly recommend if you’re looking for excellent customer service that gets results. Melissa leads a fantastic team and you can tell there’s a great vibe between staff and their clients. 10 out of 10.
