Fantastic experience: I had a spray tan for my school formal with Evie, she did such a good job! The environment was lovely and the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I asked for medium-dark, it came out exactly like that and super even!

Fantastic experience: I received a voucher for Beauté as a gift from my family, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and soothing - it even felt wrong to think of scrolling my phone while waiting (shock, horror!), it was that relaxing! I chose the teeth whitening treatment, and Evie made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. She also shared helpful aftercare advice, which I really appreciated. I left feeling genuinely valued as a client and look forward to coming back again.

Mum absolutely loved her treatment, so this Mothers Day I decided to re treat her with a facial. Ellie again was fabulous, remembered that I had purchased previously and once again delivered it to my mum for me. I know my mum is going to have a beautiful relaxing facial which she is looking forward to, the extra service I received is above and beyond and these days unexpected. Positive experience: Took my daughter and I there for a treat. We both had a skin analysis, facial and LED light treatment. The salon was lovely and the beauticians were friendly. I had a lady called, Angela (I believe) who did my facial treatment. I was disappointed with her lack of interaction with me. She didn't talk me through a skin analysis, I had to prompt her to ask her opinion while my daughter received a few notes about her skin, after a discussion with the beautician, plus product recommendations. I got zilch and I paid extra for this. I've been to many beauty salons in the past and I just felt that Angela didn't talk me through what she was going to do (e.g. order of treatments or products she's using) or ask me how it felt. That little bit more professionalism and customer service would've been great to interact and check in with me during treatment. When you're paying a lot of money for a facial you want to be treated like a celebrity for just an hour or so to feel special, but I just didn't get that. The actual facial was lovely.

While I was getting my treatment done the two ladies made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s wanting a Spa day, the premises looks good, smells good as well as very clean and organized. You’ll be greeted by the lovely Gen and her staff as soon as you walk through their doors

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience, beautiful facial and service

Negative experience: I received the 1 hour massage and 30 minute facial… the ladies at the front desk were friendly. I thought the waiting lounge was too small, especially if others are in there…ok if you are with your friends… I would have preferred to sit in the front waiting room. The massage was a hit and miss, the therapist asked me at the start if I had any focus areas (feet, lower legs, neck & shoulders)… she did not even touch my neck or shoulders… I found it very strange to be massaged on my back in a downward direction, it seemed she did not have a system. As I only had one foot done and one half of my lower back massaged ‍♀️…strangely she focused heavily around my back rib cage area. The facial…therapist hands were freezing, she could have introduced herself and explained quietly what she was about to do when she started… it was uncomfortable at times especially thick liquidy products up and around my nostrils, and hand pressure passing around my throat… the cloths felt like old rough rags on my skin… the wiping especially around my neck and chest area was painfully irritating. Although my skin looked hydrated at the end, I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

My appointment was for a 60minute deep tissue massage with added hot stones(I definitely recommend trying the hot stones) .Shelly was a amazing massage therapist.

The service was next level , friendly, attentive, asked all the questions. When we finished the session it was raining, and they gave me a umbrella to make sure my tan didn't run! Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic first experience at Beauté. I visited for an eye trio, an eyebrow tint and shape and eyelash tint. Charlin who did my eyebrows was lovely. She was very professional and listened when I explained what I wanted done with my brows, I've had some awful experiences in the past, and nobody wants to look like Bert or Ernie. The whole experience was very relaxing and I walked out really happy with what she'd done with my eyebrows and eyelashes. It's been two weeks since I had them done and I'm still really pleased with them. I'll definitely be going back when I need them done again. I'm also looking forward to trying some of their other services. Beauté definitely deserves a 5 star rating :) I went back today to treat myself to one of their Sothy's limited seasonal facials and wasn't disappointed. The products smelled and felt amazing. Charlin was lovely as always. It was a very relaxing experience and I enjoyed having the face massage that comes with having the products put on. As well as the arm and hand massage Charlin did while the face mask was on. Thank you Beauté and Charlin for another great experience. Will definitely be back again!!!

Franca and Charlin took really good care of me and my partner - we're both trans women and we both went in for hair removal procedures (IPL and electrolysis - separate sessions). They made us feel very welcome and very at ease. Charlin was great with the electrolysis - she explained everything going on very well, she clearly knew what she was doing and she made sure that we did too. I had six or seven sessions of electrolysis with them over the course of a month and a half. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to take care of unwanted hair. (Also great value for money)

Positive experience: Very warm friendly welcome from owner. She's very personable. Clinic room was really draufhty. Massage was really nice and I look forward to trying another member of staff for this. Wax felt the cheapest I had ever come across. Asked for makeup to cover up the redness and just got told that it would settle down after a few minutes. Overall I would recommend this place most definitely for all other services besides waxing.
