Fantastic experience: I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed and vibrant. My daughter had brought me a facial for mothers day. I was informed of some add ons that were available and did opt for the extra services. Rachelle informed me of the procedure step by step. She had knowledge of all the products and mentioned personal favourites that she uses that I may be interested in purchasing after the session. (Product purchased ) Afterwards I was offered a repeat appointment, with up coming specials. And home aftercare care information. Fantastic experience: One of the best cosmetic clinics that I have been to. Very friendly staff and has genuine concern about what youre skin needs. Staff are also knowledgeable and skillful and knows what they are doing. I feel comfortable with them everytime I have a skin treatment. They are also flexible and hassle free with bookings. They also offer the lowest prices on skin treatments in town and also runs promotions. Really good value for your money.

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing they always make me feel welcome, and they take great care of their patients. I have been coming here for Lazer hair removal and highly recommended coming in to see the team. I have had Lazer hair removal with 3 different ladies, and they are all wonderful and very professional at their jobs. I also use their Recovery Lazer Gel and the Micro Exfoliant and absolutely love them. They make my skin feel amazing and clean.

Fantastic experience: I had my 1st LHR Brazilian +U/arm treatment today. Sceptic/nervous at first but won over at the end. The service was excellent. Informative, professional, clean. I recommend Jess. She made me feel at ease. The space was modern, clean and high standard. The treatment itself was brilliant. I will be going back for the full 12 treatments considering its virtually painless for permanent results long term. During- The application was quick. Sterile and safe. It was nothing which i was expecting pain-wise. Literally painless experience. Felt like someone had the hair blow dryer on downstairs (during the treatment). Or felt close to what a low warm wheat bag would feel like if it brushed/touched the skin. After the treatment- The gel wipe was soothing just for comfort. Following after treatment instructions of low key/non sweaty activities, I experienced no swelling, redness, or any form of pain, and appearance-wise my skin looked completely normal color/texture-wise After 24 hours healing- felt like nothing happened. Results come with time. I'll definitely be going back. Excited for the long term results to come.

Negative experience: Paid for laser for small red veins on my face. First session 4 weeks later they all returned. Second session, 4 weeks later they have all returned. The clinic said, sorry can't help you, terms of service state no guarantees. Save your , spend it on IPL INSTEAD somewhere else and enjoy service that works.

Fantastic experience: I moved over from Aus last year and came in to the branch for a chat and was greeted by some lovely, helpful staff. I have since had some laser hair removal appointments, a skin consult and this weekend some skin treatments. Every interaction I have had with each staff member has been excellent. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional- the list goes on! They are always on time for my appointments, recommend treatments and products in a productive way without being too pushy. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Invercargill NZ from Australia and needed to find new therapist for a variety of treatments. After being in the Beauty Industry myself for over 20 years finding someone I could trust was of high importance to me. My husband initially booked me a voucher her for laser and needling. I was lucky enough to experience the owner as my therapist. She was extremely helpful, considerate, addressed all my concerns and my sessions were of high quality. After my first appointment about 2 days later I received a phone call which was a follow up. I was very grateful for the care and to experience high level service, it truly is the little things that make huge difference. On my second appointment that knew it was my birthday and presented me with a 40% off voucher to use on my next service. Again so much care and focus on the details. I recently had a consult with Flora for my injections, I have only had one injector for around 6 years so I was nervous and she to was extremely lovely, highly educated and was able to answer all my questions. I am booked in June to begin my journey with her also. Overall this clinic is lovely and I love that it's owned by 2 locals here and have done a fantastic job to bring a high quality advanced clinic to the area. Laken.

Positive experience: I’ve done 4 laser hair removal sessions so far and I’d say the clinic is good, just an observation that 2 sessions were too fast like if the professionals were in a hurry. I had to stop my treatment due a moving town and they offered me a product as I couldn’t do the final 2 sessions in another franchise which I was informed since the begging, so nothing to complain about it. I’d suggest to keep a standard on treatments, please, because each specialist work on their own way and it’s not nice.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic in hope of being able to have injectable treatments. I have a medal condition that I disclosed. The nurse said she would have to check that it was safe for me to have the injectables. They have a specialist nurse who tells them yes or no. I got a call to say no I couldn't have the treatment I wanted. A specialist nurse knows nothing about my condition. I have since contacted another clinic where a doctor does injectables. He said yes there was no reason why but he would check with the lab that makes the product and guess what, I can have injectables no problem whatsoever. My condition won't stop me. So be careful here. They should be consulting the lab that produces the product not someone who has no idea. I would suggest you always get a second opinion
