Positive experience: If you are menopausal get clarification if 12 laser sessions is going to work for you - apparently you may need more than that when you are menopausal however you don't get told that upfront and unfortunately I was not happy when after several "chats" I was asked to come in unshaven for for three more free sessions which would be closely monitored - feel like a beggar! "all chatted out"
