Fantastic experience: Tegan is an incredible injector. She is professional, honest, and someone I completely trust. She never tries to upsell me on units, and the results are always consistent and natural looking . I’ve never had any bruising. She’s also such a warm, bubbly person . I always enjoy our little catch-ups. The clinic is spotless and beautifully set up. Highly recommend Tegan for injectables!:)

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had Botox done with the nurse 1.5 week before my trip and expressed concerns about the dose being too low. I asked for a top-up before leaving, but was advised to come back after my trip. I followed that advice and tried to book in as soon as I returned. The soonest availability was later than ideal, but I still managed to get an appointment scheduled through one of the staff members. However, on the day of the appointment, after organizing my day around it, I received a call from the nurse saying she wouldn’t proceed with the top-up, citing a “miscommunication.” It felt like I was being gaslighted. I was told my only option now would be to book a new treatment, even though I had movement in my forehead just 4 weeks after the initial appointment, something I wasn’t happy about. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or offering a solution, the nurse brushed it off as “normal.” It was frustrating to be told a top-up would be fine after my trip, only to be told later that it’s now too late, due to her schedule. The lack of consistency, accountability, and genuine customer care has been really disappointing. I wouldn’t feel confident returning after this experience.

Negative experience: I've never written a negative review for a company but I am extremely frustrated with my experience today. 4 weeks ago (6 weeks out from my wedding) I went to the Cosmetic Clinic for a skin consult because my skin was super dry and I wanted some recommendations on products/treatments to help my skin before the big day. I spoke to the clinician during this appointment about wanting injectables as well and she said it would be no problem. When I went to checkout that day I got booked in for the recommended microdermabrasion and for the injectables. The clinician said she wanted me to use the products I was buying for two weeks and then do the microdermabrasion and then I'd have to wait 2 weeks to do the injectables (which would be two weeks out from my wedding). I questioned whether I should do the injectables first because I wanted to make sure they were fully set/working and the clinician said two weeks out would be no problem - they should be fully kicked in and if there was bruising it would be gone by my wedding. I went in for the microdermabrasion appointment and it was great. I had multiple conversations with the clinician about my upcoming wedding and talked about coming back in for injectables in two weeks and not once was anything said about it potentially being an issue. So today I go in for my injectables and the nurse is running 30 minutes late (which I was completely fine with at the time because there was some sort of incident but now in the grand scheme of things has just made the situation even more annoying). She asks what I want done and I said I wanted my 11s done and a conservative amount on my forehead to smooth lines. I mentioned I was getting married in 2 weeks and she said she wasn't comfortable injecting. I tried to explain that I had injectables previously at Cosmetic Clinic last year and I was happy with the results and just wanted that same amount again. She said because she hadn't previously seen me she would not have been comfortable injecting less than 6 months before the wedding because it is "trial and error". I explained that the previous injector did my injections a couple months before my sister's wedding and she said "well that is your sister's wedding, not yours". (Which I was a little confused about because that was still a significant event). So essentially I sat there waiting for 30 minutes to then be told she wasn't willing to do it and leaving disappointed. While I do recognise and appreciate her caution, it is incrediblyyyy frustrating that this was not previously communicated to me. I had multiple conversations with the other clinicians and not once did anyone mention the nurse potentially wouldn't be willing to do the injections that close to my wedding. They booked me in and assured me that two weeks out would be fine, even when I questioned whether I should do the injectables asap. If the nurse's personal preference is not to inject less than 6 months before a big event, then this should be communicated to all staff so they can also have this conversation with customers and effectively manage expectations because 1) I'm now really frustrated and disappointed and 2) I wasted time coming in on my day off

Fantastic experience: What a lovely, thorough and professional team! At my appointment today I have seen Sami to conduct laser hair removal treatment on my legs, braz and u/arms. She was fantastic. Incredibly thorough, left no hair un-lasered and had great chat. She's great and I'm a very happy customer after this outstanding treatment! Thanks :)

Negative experience: The workers are super friendly and the clinic is super clean but unfortunately my treatment didn’t work great. I got laser hair removal and although the growth has slowed ever so slightly, it’s far from being gone. About 6 sessions here did the same as 1 session elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend for laser!

Fantastic experience: Sammy is very good. She lowered the light level and increased the cooling for my manzilian treatment and also goes slow which means almost no pain. A man's genitals and surrounds are very sensitive so I appreciate the extra care by Sammy. Greg S.

Negative experience: I went in to address the sun damage spots on my forehead and was advised on a number of peel sessions. I spent over 1000$ and there was no result. I would prefer a cosmetic clinic to be honest with their customers in regards to the potential results rather than try sell any of their procedures that may not aid to any success. Additionally I also did reccommended amount of laser hair removal sessions, but all grew back. And the same happened to my friend. Overall lots of money spent in this clinic with 0 results…

She has always provided very professional treatments and I am so glad to have had her looking after me through my laser I have had incredible results. She been able to continue adjusting to my needs in thoroughly observing the changes and growth in my hair, to continue seeing fabulous results and it has been so so worth it!! Thank you so much, so stoked to have such affordable amazing treatments available to us here, such a game changer!

Positive experience: I was very happy and feel comfortable for my hair removal treatment with Amanda. She is absolutely friendly and professional!!! However, while Amanda wasn’t available they had change to another therapist Jess for my last treatment which I felt very uncomfortable because she was very rude and muddle through her work. I felt pain and told her during the treatment but she just didn’t care and try to finished her job quickly! That night after I got home I found out the Laser has burned my skin! I was very upset. The team might need to provide better train for this therapist Jess on how to be professional.

Positive experience: Miscommunication of treatment booking. Didn’t inform today’s appointment is not for the final treatment as I prepaid the packaged. And only informed all prepaid package has used out ( cancelled one before and didn’t realize that one was charged) until I arrived for today’s appointment. It’s really waste of time!!! If all my treatments has gone, should inform me about it and shouldn’t book me for this treatment last time.

She’s lovely, taking her time to explain everything and I don’t feel like just one more customer rather than an individual human being to get help feeling good in my skin. Fantastic experience: I thought my skin was excellent, now it's next level. TCC Aimee - you are a skin guru. I was recently introduced to Aimee at The Cosmetic Clinic. This girl can never leave town. There's always a bit of apprehension when you are thinking of getting a complete stranger to carry out treatments that will make an impact. But, after meeting and questioning Aimee I was super impressed with her level of knowledge and her concept on what treatments have their place and in what situations - quite different than what you can learn about online (I'm an obsessive skin researcher type person FYI). She is an absolute specialist in pigmentation & texture concerns (I'm sure many other areas as well), however my main concerns at 42yrs of age was pigment and texture. I've had only 2 treatments with Aimee (1. Jessner Peel and 2. One round of Dermapen). My skin has shed, my pigment has lifted and my barrier has normalised. Most importantly and what I was hoping for is; my skin is so clear and bright and my texture is so refined, I absolutely love the results. Excuse the naf selfie but wanted to share how clear & bright my skin is. Thank you Aimee & TCC
