Negative experience: Had my 1st appointment and was recommended for a 2nd session so i paid for another $280 voucher. Unfortunately i couldnt make the 1st appointment and was rescheduled and was sick the 2nd time and never given another option. I have messaged 2 times to ask for refund or reschedule with no reply back and so feel ripped off $280 which is so much money. The least you can do is reply back. Not very professional. I paid for 2nd voucher on your recommendation and have lost out on $280 with a half done smile. Not very happy.

Positive experience: Walked there this morning after checking opening hours. Door was completely locked at 9am today. Looking elsewhere for teeth whitening then. Edit: Be grateful for 3 stars, I was going to give 1. Your Google hours are incorrect. I don't want to discuss over social media or book straight away, hence the walk to your store to discuss my options in person.

I am not sure how a 3 star review is justified because a clinic was closed. With social media internet and mobile phones we are 100% contactable. Negative experience: It wasn’t very clean , carpet is threadbare and the reclining seats are old with beach recliners as extras . I was just a bit confused as I was expecting a clean and sterile place . Some background music would have been nice whilst waiting for teeth whitening. All together not a pleasant experience … topped by the woman doing the treatment not having very nice teeth. Not a good advert for the business at all.

Negative experience: My dad had booked me a surprise teeth whitening for Valentine’s Day which was on feb. For about 1 month my appointment was constantly pushed which I understand cause of covid at the time however eventually I decided that it’ll be best to just not go if they’re so busy. So I asked for a refund and one of the girls had said yes your refund is sorted. Fast forward to now I get a call saying that they want to schedule me in for my appointment because it has not been done yet. To my knowledge I was supposed to have had my money back. And now I’m trying to get a hold home them and it’s the same excuse ‘ I’m nearly back to the clinic I’ll call you in 20 mins’ and no one calls !!! This is so frustrating I just want my money back ! Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and painful. I received a txt at 12:13 AM on the morning of my appointment to say I had been double booked and needed to come in later. Then 2 hours before my re-scheduled appointment I received another txt saying the gap between morning clients and my new appointment (at their suggested time) was too large, so it had been cancelled again. Despite all the marketing claiming it to be pain-free, I experienced severe toothache for ~6 hours after whitening. They suggested it was due to the whitening gel getting on my gums, however nothing was done during the procedure to keep it off my gums. It was dismissed as though that was normal, which is surprising as I don't have sensitive teeth. I'm happy with the results, but overall a negative experience.

Negative experience: Absolutely appauling business to deal with. I had an appointment booked for the 21st January for teeth whitening. The day before they contacted me and tried to change my appointment to later. When I explained that I wasnt able to do that, they told me that it was fine, but they might be 10 mins late. The following morning I got another call trying to move my appointment and then a text message to cancel, stating that hygienist mysteriously had to leave for an emergency. They tried to get me to reschedule, but after the way they treated me, I was not interested in seeing them, but I also never have weekdays off. I was assured that I would have my $50 refunded, as they were the one cancelling on me. But almost 2 months later I am still waiting. 3 emails later, multiple phone calls. Completely unacceptable.

Not only was everything super easy and comfortable, but my teeth looked amazing when I left - literally such a difference. As well as that, the service was amazing! The most important part of this self made gel is that it has ingredients that stop sensitivity during and post treatment. JJ and the team were welcoming and it was such a great experience, they were kind, attentive and answered any questions I had. I was amazed at the results and the process was pain-free. I did experience some sensitivity afterward, but that resolved itself within 12 hours or so. Lovely Smiles is the only place I will get my teeth whitened at and I would 100% recommend them!
