Negative experience: Avoid this company. They have closed yet still accepting orders and not fulfilling them. Do not purchase

Negative experience: Payed for a custom at home whitening tray online when on sale was given no opportunity to schedule an appointment to get it fitted. Have proceeded to call them on over 6 separate occasions over 4 or 5 days they have not once answered their phone. Left 3 messages with my contact details have not once been called back. Also emailed them have not heard back once. At this point I'm pretty sure they have scammed me. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a service and a rip off. Would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting on my trays for over 8 weeks and communication is dreadful. Now trays have arrived they don’t fit, are cut to short to cover my teeth so are not fit for purpose. I have reached out for a refund but again they ignore you! Zero communication again.

Negative experience: Awful service!! My partner had an appointment at 11.45 turned up to locked doors and absolutely noone answering the phone. Absolute waste of time and so unprofessional. Do NOT recommend.

Negative experience: They only put gel on my 4 top and bottom front teeth and there was no difference between my side teeth and my front teeth, they looked exactly the same. Really disappointed with the results... and the cost of it, feels like a scam.

Negative experience: I was very excited when i see their promotion advertisement of whitening teeth Straight away I booked one for myself i Went there few weeks ago had my treatment from this place. After this treatment I wasn’t happy at all with the treatment . Next day haven’t seen any difference in my teeth . i completely wasted my money here. Even i write a review on one of their ad but still nobody responded back. Thats very sad ....They just don’t care about customers.. they just know how to take money from customer I won’t recommend this place to anyone Will never ever go back Really disappointed

I was explained the process in great detail, which put my mind at ease. I found the treatment relaxing with some soft music playing in the background. I was and still am very happy with the results I received from just one treatment. My expereince ended with some detailed after care advice alongside an after care brochure. Very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Positive experience: This was my first experience of teeth whitening. The procedure was explained rapidly, and after applying the gel, the technician said that she would be back in 5 minutes, but actually, it was 10 minutes before she came back. My teeth were quite painful later in the afternoon, so needed to take some panadol. If I have it done again, I would take the panadol prophylactically. Perhaps a small bell or buzzer could be available for during treatments, if the client needs assistance?

Negative experience: I asked my husband to rebook my appointment for me ( as I had a change in my work roster) and he couldn't get through to anyone for hours. He had to leave messages. I turned up for my very first teeth whitening experience. The assistant didn't even know who I was when I enterent the door. I apologised to the change of appointment and she said "oh, what's your name again?". I told her that it was my first time. She then showed me to the room and gave me a quick chat about the procedure. She didn't get me to brush my teeth first, which I thought was strange. She put the gel on my teeth and set the light for 20mins. She was going to check on me in 5mins but came back in 10mins. I gave her the thumbs up. I was doing ok at this stage. After the full 20 mins, the light/timer switched off and I was sitting there with gel on my teeth and no assistance. I needed to knock on the wall to get someone's attention. She entered the room and said "Sorry I was on a very important phonecall". I said " I thought you forgot about me". I thought to myself that she couldn't have been on an important phone call because no one answers the phone. Then I proceed to have another 20min session of gel & the laser light treatment. This time I could feel my gums burning and tip of my tounge was tingling. Once again she had left the room. She came back just as the light switched off. After the treatment she gave me a cup of water (no mouthwash or toothbrush), showed me to the bathroom for me to wash off the gel on my teeth. I told her my gums were sore and she said "oh yes that will go away in 30mins, that's normal". I wasn't offered any advise about how to care for my teeth afterwards. I had to ask her if there were any precautions I should take... the advice she gave was "Avoid anything that would stain a white t-shirt for the next 24 hours. She didn't offer me a business card... I asked for it.... but a I won't be referring anyone. I left feeling very disappointed in the service and the treatment. My teeth don't look much whiter than before and I'll be going elsewhere for further treatments. It definitely isn't worth the money that they adviertise on their website. I got the deal on Grab One for $89 and it wasn't even worth paying that much. As my own job is a Flight Attendant, product & service is absolutely so important. I felt I needed to say something. If my airline fails in anyway, passengers are always quick to write reviews and tells others. I hate to be that unhappy customer, but I won't be returning and I urge others to do their homework and go somewhere with experienced staff.

Fantastic experience: Having been to many teeth whitening clinics in the past, I found Brighter Smile online and phoned to place a booking for the $299 laser teeth whitening treatment, country miles ahead of all other clinics and highly recommend them based on quality, professionalism and were super friendly! Look forward to returning in due time.

Fantastic experience: I'm usually not a person to purchase deals online as i have doubts in my mind wondering if ill actually get my moneys worth . My son recently went to brighter smile to get his teeth done & when he came back his teeth looked whiter than ever . Seeing that i had now seen there work in person i decided that i would also get my teeth done .Even though they were pretty busy they did the best to accommodate an appointment. I assumed because they were one of the cheaper clinics they wouldn't be as good but the place is really nice and my teeth came out very white . The staff there look after there patients very well too :)
