The team here really ask about your results, how your skin responds to different treatments, and tailors the service to suit your skin. Even though I've moved houses and this clinic is a bit far for me, it's worth the drive because the service here is unmatched! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’m writing this review as a concerned mother. My daughter recently visited this clinic for a laser hair removal session — something that already requires a lot of courage and vulnerability at her age. Instead of being treated with kindness and professionalism, she came home feeling embarrassed and shaken. During the session, the therapist made a completely uncalled-for comment about her acne, saying she had “terrible acne” and that she should “do something about it.” This was unsolicited, inappropriate, and incredibly insensitive — especially coming from a professional in a one-on-one setting with a young client. My daughter already struggles with self-esteem, as many young women do. For an adult therapist to speak to her that way — during a treatment that requires trust and dignity — is absolutely unacceptable. There was no care, no tact, and certainly no reason to bring up her skin in that manner. It’s one thing to offer skincare advice if asked; it’s another to make a young person feel humiliated. She won’t be returning, and I urge the clinic to better train its staff in professionalism, empathy, and appropriate boundaries — especially when working with young clients. Sadly the clinic has refused to refund the balance remaining on her unused treatment plan.

Negative experience: Be wary; they will try to trick you. Cosmetic Clinic told me I had multiple treatments in credit and booked me in for one. When I was finished, they instead said they made a mistake - and insisted I pay a $359 bill! They pressured me to pay which I could not do and had to use my Afterpay. They have admitted they miscommunicated but refused to discuss a refund or any other options Now they won't reply. I have been a loyal customer and now have to go to Disputes Tribunal.

Positive experience: This was fixed and service was good after all ---> Very disorganized people. I booked for one time and when I arrived the booking was not there and even my name and phone was wrong. My account is suddenly not found. And the girl at the reception didn’t know what to do. Wasted so much of my time and money with them… If they fix the issue I might right the better feedback.

All of the staff that I encountered have been professional and skilled. I had a few different therapists but results were very consistent and I always felt welcome and respected. Negative experience: Bad experience,my first time here 2.15pm today ,over the phone l was ask to book for a red vessels remove. Prsilla said will have to see me before treatment,And when l come from long way take me an hour and l told her that on phone. After l arrive she told me l can't do any redness services for you today and no redness consultation, because l am not the senior therapist. you need to see senior therapist. Ok,so why l am here for??? You should let me know over the phone l won't waste time here. Very disappointed!!! Unprofessional, I don't recommend unless you're prepared to be rejected and waste time! but! l wish I do something before l get home,and I ask for around lips area or full face hair removel. She said to me, around lip area and the full face are the same price is better to get full face. when l get my full face done,check on the website lip area are 39 full face are 59 what she said is not true. in service she only took about two minutes for my facial hair removal, and I didn't feel like every part was being touched feels like skip over many area. (l done hair remove before it shouldn't like that)and she put the lotion on a cotton pad and ask me apply it by myself. Prsilla also told me the remaining points can be used as underarm hair removal but l have to wait until 2.50pm, and l am waiting…after waiting, that she said to me we can't do because you already using the package for full face hair remove. She confuse me at least 3 times that day!!! Please,if you can't do do not promise！ That is not the way to build any client!! Anyway, it was a terrible,is the worst facial serviceI have ever experienced.

Negative experience: After a fleeting consultation I was vigorously upsold on overpriced products I didn't particularly want (apparently there are smaller sizes available which weren't shown to me). The products didn't work for me - they actually dried my skin out. I also bought a package skin treatment to the value of nearly $300 to use at a later date towards a treatment course. I decided not to go ahead due to financial constraints (I'd been made redundant and it would have been too expensive to finish the course) and the fact that I felt that the products weren't right for me. I needed the money back but when I explained my situation and asked for a refund I was flatly refused and told the money could only be used as a credit towards other treatments or gifted to someone else. That may be Clear Skincare's policy but that's not what someone wants to hear when they're worried about how they're going to pay the bills. I feel an exception could have been made and that the response was tone deaf and unsympathetic. Really not a great experience overall. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

I've dealt with breakouts and really bad pigmentation but after doing the overnight peel plan my skin is so light and bright and I'm so thankful for the confidence they have given me! xo
