Negative experience: Shocking customer service, would not recommend at all. I called to reschedule an appointment as I had a crisis at work and got pulled in to an important meeting, which was out of my control. They said they could move but I would lose my $50 deposit. I understand if I was cancelling all together, but asking to shuffle with no understanding at all is ridiculous. Decided to cancel and go to Caci instead.

Fantastic experience: Catherine was great, she explained all the results from the photos she took and constantly checked I was comfortable with the procedure. I am very happy with the result so far and would highly recommend her

Negative experience: I had a full face and neck laser hair removal session at The Cosmetic Clinic Milford yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician performing the treatment went too close to my eyes. I was wearing black eyeliner at the time, and I believe the machine mistook it for pigmentation, resulting in an unintended laser application. Now, I have a scar in the exact shape of my eyeliner wing, which is red, irritated, and painful. This should never have happened with proper precautions and expertise. I am extremely concerned about the long-term effects and scarring. I strongly urge the clinic to improve staff training and ensure better safety measures, especially for delicate areas like the eyes. While the staff were polite, the lack of attention to detail and safety has left me with a lasting issue. I would not recommend this clinic based on experience.

A special thank you to Nurse Eva, who applied the prescribed numbing cream before my treatment. Although it's an additional $25, it was absolutely worth it — it made my MesoInfus Microneedling session much more comfortable, allowing us to treat areas that I previously couldn’t handle. Aria, who took care of both my laser treatment and MesoInfus Microneedling session, was incredibly kind and informative throughout the entire process. I felt well-cared for and fully informed at every step. I highly recommend both Nurse Eva and Aria for their professional and attentive service."

Fantastic experience: For master I’d 100000% recommend Aria. She’s awesome. She did the work very well and accurately, she made marks on the legs to make sure that every part of the legs was covered by laser. She’s professional. Read this part if you don't have dark hair. I’m blond and my hair is not dark, so in my case, laser treatment didn’t work well ( I haven’t achieved hair reduction of 80-90%). The hair grew really slower like 2 times slower but unfortunately quantity stayed the same. But again it is because I have blond hair ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Jamee was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She makes you feel at ease and relaxed throughout the session. Very professional and she is the only reason I keep going back. Don't ever leave, Jamee :)

The actual treatment was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their state-of-the-art equipment and the skill of the technician Catherine. Not only did the treatment exceed my expectations, but the results have boosted my confidence and made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. I can't recommend Clear Skincare Clinic enough to anyone considering laser treatment. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: I like Clear Skincare as a brand but I do not recommend people go to Catie, she was very rude and unempathetic towards my skin condition. Her ability to serve customers was truly disappointing which is a shame as the clinic has other girls who are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment with Jamee, and she was absolutely fantastic. Kind and patient and so considerate of my concerns. I’ve had procedures before but her customer service and bedside manner was far above what I expected. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Have had Jamie for hair removal everytime and specifically request her because she is literally the best!!! Not only makes you feel so comfortable but really makes sure you get the best service (i’ve noticed all the areas I get laser hair removal for now are all either reduced or theirs no growth anymore!!) whereas I’ve been to a few other places and had a few different people which didnt result in the same!! So highly would recommend booking with Jamie :)

Fantastic experience: I've had 5 visits here for laser so far and every one of them has been fantastic. I had an especially great visit recently where I was treated by Jamee who was super lovely. She was very calm and encouraging, putting me at ease while she also did a very thorough job. So important when she's getting very up close in some particular places!! ;) It was late in the day and yet she still had the kindness and energy as if she had just started her work day. Thank you!
